Had a knock on the door a few weeks ago by a lovely gentleman called Alan. A couple of days later we had our quotation from Delroy. He explained all the options, process of purchasing the new door and answered all our questions. He was very polite and certainly not one of those pushy salesmen we have come across before.
Yesterday we had our door fitted by Valdi, arrived punctually at 8:30 and the job was done by 11:30. Did a 'walk through' of the door to make sure we were happy with it and the lock was working.

I recently had Arlo and Luke from TWC Home Improvement install a new window, and I am beyond impressed with their work! Their craftsmanship is outstanding, and they completed the installation quickly and efficiently. Throughout the process, they kept everything incredibly neat, and when they finished, they left my home spotless – not a trace of dust or debris anywhere.

Arlo and Luke took the time to explain how to operate the new window, which was helpful. They were both extremely polite and professional. The window looks fantastic and high-quality. I’m looking forward to seeing how much warmer my home stays this winter and am hopeful for a reduction in my energy bills. If all goes well, I’ll be reaching out next summer to have them replace the rest of the windows in my home.

I highly recommend Arlo and Luke to anyone considering new window installations – these two set the bar high!
