"My home is even more beautiful thanks to TWC"

My journey with TWC started in October when I met Kerry at their Millets Farm Centre branch. She explained the process and what I should expect, her knowledge was extensive and I felt comfortable to move forward. Alan Lillis then came to see me with all their information and brochures. He was very informative and easy for me to trust that what he was describing and showing me, would actually be what I would receive. He then sent over the quote and answered any further questions I had. I was very relieved that I didn't have any harassing phone calls after that visit, it was just a case of me deciding on my own terms if I moved forward, which thankfully I did! Then Ashley came out to perform the survey and we made some changes. Ashley really knew the product and install process inside and out, I felt reassured and very comfortable with what was going to happen. Mel then got in contact and was a pleasure to deal with, she bent over backwards to get my job done before Christmas. The big day came, Arlo and Luke were my fitting team. They were super quick and efficient. I was able to go to work leaving them to crack on and when I came home, all my windows were fitted! It was just beautiful! the next day they returned to fit my door and even went beyond expectations by problem solving things I hadn't considered. they were both wonderful to deal with! The following day Stu and Max came out to finish off a few more bits and they were also a fantastic team to work with. So fast and equally efficient at what they were doing, I was so impressed. Mel then followed up to check I was happy and then Sue also called to make sure I was happy with my end result.
TWC go above and beyond to make their customers comfortable and happy with the process, because allowing strangers into your home is a big deal and it is so nice to know that you will be looked after so well. Even to the point when I made a school boy error and locked myself out, Max was available out of hours to give me support and advice. A very friendly locksmith opened the door in 30 seconds! I won't lock myself out again!
Overall, my experience has been a massive 10/10 and I cannot recommend the team enough!

They got on with the work and the change from what was front window big patio doors to now bricked up so far then a big window and 2 smaller ones to open it's amazing i am so pleased with it thank you and my cat pickle thanks you she now has a window ledge at the front to watch the world go by

"I'd do it again"

I had a new door installed. Initially I went to the showroom and chatted to someone there. That afternoon, someone was at my house doing some rough measurements and providing a quote.

Just a few days later, someone came and measured the door accurately to ensure the correct door was ordered.

Then came the waiting game. But it wasn't long. Just a few weeks.

A short call from the office and someone came over the following week to install.

Someone popped by that afternoon to check I was happy with it.
