After a slow start caused by faulty supplies, John and Simon did a fine job of erecting our porch. They were friendly and helpful. It looks like a job very well done.

"Awful aftersales service"

I had bifolds installed 4 months ago. The installation guys were very professional but there was a problem with the colour of the external trim and a handle which they said would be rectified. I have now called them SIX times chasing this and each time they said they would call back and did not. I have now been told only now have they ordered the parts and they still cant tell me when it will be done. Awful customer service.

No show this morning! Have been calling me for 6 weeks. Antony knocked on the door in the week so arranged a visit this morning and we have not seen or heard from them since!

"Replacement roof on Conservatory "

Clive and Jaydon have done a great job. They were friendly and professional and completed the work to a high standard.

Stu and Max were absolutely lovely and put us at ease while replacing all of our windows. They did a wonderful job even despite the very cold conditions during the installation with very fine attention to detail and very clean and tidy when finishing up. We would highly recommend them for installations!

"Large conservatory renovation"

We just had a very large conservatory renovated to a solid roof system and all new windows and door, plus knock through to our kitchen. Simon & John were our fitters and they worked extremely hard throughout the job. They were keen to finish the job to a high standard and communicated well with us about the plans each day. There were a few issues with missing parts and communication with head office that led to delays over Christmas. However, when we raised these issues, the team did work hard to come up with a solution. Karl (& James?) also worked extremely hard with the plastering over the Christmas break to a high standard, which was very much appreciated.

"Not one to return to"

I had a quote for 2 doors and 5 windows, agreed to do doors first and in 6 months get windows and quote split 50/50.
Door fitter was awful, did half the job and that half badly, had to call twice twice to get front fixed, they never got back to me to resolve the back. I still can't use the back doors as they don't close due to hinge misalignment. The fitters that resolved the front door were very good, but also knew the original fitter and how bad his work was.
On top of the bad fitting the salesman tried to sell me new windows completely forgetting the agreement already in place and quoted me 1k more than the already agreed price (because I likely overpaid on doors by splitting quote 50/50).
I'm getting my windows from someone else as can't trust this firm to send a decent fitter or get back to you if there are issues and definitely not give an honest proce
