"New windows "

We have just had 5 new windows fitted today by Arlo and Luke, they were efficient and professional in their work. We both would recommend other people to use this company.

Both Tom and Florin were very good turned up on time 7.30 each day worked a good number of hours saying what they would do and did it .Only problem was the concrete for the oversight was late (not down to them) so they having finished the brickwork had to sit and wait for the concrete to turn up then just got on with it very clean and tidy.Good workers once the roofing work is up they have to come back to finish of the cable end .Again thanks to you both

Fitters Jack & Rob were polite and helpful. No mess and kept us informed of their progress. Products were as described and excellent quality. A minor issue arose and No Quibble was exactly that. Ashley inspected and prompt action followed with fitters Arlo and Luke. Again a first class job. We're more than satisfied with service and the replacement windows and door we ordered.

Had 2 installation from these guys 1st was Ok 2nd was a huge let down, they installed a door completely different to what I ordered and blamed the the sales person, please AVOID at all cost.

The quote and ordering process was quick and there was no sales pressure which made the experience more enjoyable. The fitters Stu and Max were very polite and professional, tidied up after themselves and did a great job. Very pleased with the windows and workmanship.

Following my house transformation in December 2024, Liam came out to install frosted window pains in my bathroom and rectify a draft on the front door. He was super early, which was amazing, (not so much for him I was still in my dressing gown), but the work was done in 20 minutes tops! He answered some questions I had and reassured me of the ongoing support that TWC would give, should I ever need it. Liam was super professional, polite, knowledgeable and excellent at his craft! Another thank you to the TWC team!

From start to finish dealing with TWC has been an absolute pleasure. Del the salesman was extremely professional, listened to our requirements, never pushed a product but was quick to provide advice and ideas when asked. He also picked up changes and further questions post meeting with us and was all round excellent. The surveyor was again excellent providing additional technical insight and advice which led to a number of minor but very important and valuable changes to the original spec. Between delivery and installation Mel was excellent and set up a WhatsApp group to keep us informed of installation updates and timings. The actual fitter Arlo and his son Luke were complete stars - professional, hard working, friendly, very tidy and simply delivered a great job and were a pleasure to have in our home over 4 days.

Finally having all windows and doors replaced was a huge job but we are absolutely delighted with the outcome and standard. Arlo completed a snagging list on completion and to be honest we would have missed most of these minor issues.

Well done TWC you are exactly what you say you are on your website and that is rare indeed😀
