Excellent from start to finish. Jeremy spent time with us when we ordered. He was helpful and covered all bases. The ordering of the door, through to the surveyor measuring up was faultless. Payment terms are also flexible. Unfortunately to door had to be fitted 2 weeks after it was scheduled as it had not been delivered to the factory. The lady who phoned me to tell me was extremely pleasant. What I liked was her honesty - she said no excuses, I don’t know what happened, were extremely sorry. That was enough for me. I had to reschedule my work, but these things happen. 2 weeks later, door delivered and fitted by Lee & Kurt, extremely quickly, courteous and took time to explain everything. Lee spent ages getting the lock mechanism just right. No mess, no fuss. The whole process was excellent- we would recommend to anyone wanting a new front door - Thank you

Sales process straightforward. Very comprehensive information on the windows on offer. Survey occurred very quickly. The installation went very smoothly and the fitters were thoughtful on protecting carpets and furniture etc with dustsheets. They were courteous and friendly.

From the initial visit to the showroom, to the meeting at home about the potential order of a new front door, the survey of the existing door frame and then the installation. Everything was done professionally, when they said they would and with a high level of expertise. I am very happy with the end product and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Waldemar was excellent when explaining all aspects of the door locking system.

"Front door and Frame"

We had a door and frame fitted. The work was carried out on the agreed date efficiently and carefully by the fitter. We are very pleased with our new door. We had agreed to have a thumb lock fitted on the inside but the door came with key operation on both the outside and inside initially. This was remedied the following day with the fitting of a new lock and new keys were supplied. The door fitter showed us how to lock and unlock the door as it replaced a wooden door with a Yale lock.
