Avoid This Company – Dishonest and Poor Customer Service

I had a terrible experience with Payne Glasses and would not recommend them to anyone. I ordered glasses and entered my address correctly, yet they claimed it was “invalid” simply because I put my apartment number in the first address line instead of the second. There was no warning that this would be an issue, and most online stores have no problem with this format.

They also claimed they tried calling me multiple times to fix the issue, but I never received a single call. If they truly believed my address was invalid, why did they go ahead and ship the package anyway? Now, I have to wait for it to be returned to them before they can reship it, causing unnecessary delays.

To make matters worse, they expect me to pay an additional $8 for expedited shipping if I don’t want to wait another 10 days—when the delay was completely their fault. A reputable company would take responsibility and offer faster shipping as a courtesy, but instead, they’re making me pay for their mistake.

Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Their lack of accountability and dishonest claims about contacting customers make them completely unreliable.
