I've ordered from Payne since 2019, always happy. I had an incorrect prescription on my end that led to an expensive mis-make. Payne customer service was willing to hold my order until I was able to update my prescription, then they filled it for me. I got my glasses today and the clarity is wonderful. I am so thankful for Payne's human customer service. I was already a repeat customer, now I am truly loyal! Thanks, Payne.
