I was a little hesitant at first to purchase glasses on line but it was smooth and someone called me to confirm something on my rx. I saved SO much money than from an in person store. Can't wait to get them.

Glasses are great . The only complaint is when looking at a pair the web site took you right back to the beginning not where you left off.

I have ordered a total of 6 pairs of glass witch all are truly amazing. I typically do not leave reviews but with an amazing company and easy to navigate website,... I have to! 10 out 10 recommend.

The website is easy to navigate. The ordering process is quick. My only complaint is that the temple measurements on women's eyeglasses are way too long. I have a small head and wear a temple length of 130. It's very difficult to find eyeglasses that fit and are adult and stylish. I find it amazing and frustrating that even though I personally know many women who share my problem no company offers us a solution.

I missed you all when I couldn't log into your website a few months back. I had to order glasses from another company and not pleased with them at all! Super happy you all are still in business because your quality is superb

Overall I'm very happy with Payne but I have a few complaints

1) I've never once been able to order the same glasses twice. It's not illegal to keep a style for more than 30 days you now.

2) The "suggested styles" for my discontinued ones are similar in the sense that they do, in fact, cover 2 eyes. Beyond that I assume the choices are completely random

3) while I get why they do it, the confusing piles of add-ons makes me feel like I'm buying an as-seen-on-TV product with BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE! - which is unfortunate because I've been buying Payne glasses for many years and I'm very happy with them but the ordering process comes across as sleazy and scummy
