"Easy BUT…"

I love this site for my glasses! They have cheap frames that are super sturdy. Updating my prescription was a breeze. They have always shipped my pairs in a timely manner. I have received every pair (3) earlier than it says by 2-4 days. The site is easy to navigate.

Sometimes it does lag or boot me to the very beginning if I am on there for a long time though. That is the only downfall. Not sure if that can be fixed. Would be 5 stars if it was.

I received a pair of glasses that were crooked on my face and they were unable to be adjusted. I immediately called customer service within 24 hours of receiving the glasses. They told me they would repair the glasses, and I told them that they were manufactured incorrectly and the frames needed to be replaced. They guaranteed me that they would replace the frames. I sent them back and three weeks later I received the " "new"glasses, but they were the exact same frames and were still uneven on my face.!! Payne Eyewear is difficult to work with add iv discourage anyone from ordering glasses from this company. This was my 20th pair of glasses, but my first through Payne. I will reorder my glasses through Zenni.com, which has always done amazing work on my glasses. Avoid Payne Eyewear.
