"Booked a flight and received…"
Booked a flight and received confirmation of ticket. After reading the bad reviews, I called them to make sure that my reservation was made only to be responded by a very unprofessional and rude guy that my flight has now gone up $200. This only confirmed the reviews I had read about being scammers and cancel the flight with them. BEWARE!!!!

"Bait and switch!!!"
Bait and switch!!!
Picked out dates I wanted to fly and booked it and it said confirmed with Southwest AA. Then I get an email saying there was a problem and to call back. I called and waited 20 minutes with no answer. I then contacted them back by email saying when I called there was no answer. Then “Shelly” called me and told me that only my return flight was confirmed and that they could get me on another flight with an additional cost for the departure flight. So I told them to cancel in which there is a 25 dollar cancellation. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!! DONT EVER FLY WITH FARESFEED.COM !!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Definitely a scam!"
Definitely a scam!! I booked a flight for 3 people and I never got a email so I looked up the company and the reviews and nothing but bad reviews. Long story short I called to cancel it (mind you it wasn't even confirmed yet) and got told someone would call me back in 15 minutes never got a call back so I called them again, and was told it was $100 to cancel per person so $300 all together for me I told them just nvm and not to worry about it. Called the airlines and nothing was showing up in my name called them back and got told it was $50 to cancel. I just ended up having to cancel my card and get a new one because I was worried they was gonna take the money for the "tickets" and then take it for the cancellation. And the man started basically yelling at me when I said I wanted to cancel he started yelling why and how it would be way more to cancel because of the cancellation fee and then hung up on me.

"Scam"
Scam. They have other portals/names as well, such as farebooth and topflightfares. In the best case, they will sell you a low priced ticket through one of their portals, then you will receive an email telling that your ticket is suspended and they are expecting you to call them. When you call, they will tell you the ticket is not available and will try to force you to buy the next avaiable ticket that they offer. I guess in this stage, they will charge an absurd amount of agency fees as they have your card details, but I never got there as the "agent" was talking very disrespectfully and she repelled me immediately. I asked them to cancel any ongoing service with me, and not to charge my card. They already can't, as I have to authorize each individual payment via application, but it will be interesting to see if they try or not.
Stay away.

"This company is absolutely horrible"
This company is absolutely horrible! Do not book with them! I booked a flight today to make it to a last minute funeral for tomorrow. I paid $500. Two hours after I booked it they call and tell me it is no longer available at that price and I now have to pay $800 or an $88 cancellation fee. Are you kidding?? You are raising the price $300 that I literally don’t have, my card will decline or I have to pay for not being able to??? And now I am missing my best friends funeral. I asked to speak to a supervisor and all he said is “what are you not understanding?”. They were rude and not at all willing to waive the $88 “cancellation” fee. Just awful human beings. Awful!

"Booked a round trip"
Booked a round trip. Alayna said the returning flight is confirmed but I must change the departing flight to a more expensive ticket or be charged a $88 cancellation fee.
Don’t book with faresfeed. you will likely be poorer if you pay her fees for a terrible website and agent.
Update- a month later here in October, I have a fraudulent charge for what appears as “Walmart.com 8…” likely culprit is these guys

"Fare Factory is not truthful or helpful"
Booked a flight and received conformation number for booking, the next day I received a call from "Jack" a customer service rep from Fare factory. Jack had a heavy Indian accent and the number was a New York number, so I asked Jack where he was located. "jack said Chicago. I let "Jack" know I wanted an email because I worried about fraud. Jack advised my flight had been canceled and I would need to pay an additional $220.00 for my flight. I said no and he sent me a cancelation email. I checked with the airline and the flight was not canceled. I will never use Farefactory again
