"Absolutely Incompetent"

They shipped my package to the right city, then sent it to a different city multiple states away for "sorting". Absolute geniuses who are very good at their one job.

Mi chiedo come i rivenditori possano affidarsi a loro con ste recensioni. Pacco mai arrivato, sulla pagina di tracking lo segnano erroneamente come consegnato. Ho provato a contattare l’assistenza spagnola più volte dal form di contatto e non ho mai ottenuto risposta. Sostanzialmente non ho idea di dove sia il mio pacco nè se lo vedrò mai, era pure per un regalo :)))

"Total scam, iHerb should atop using Ascendia_DDP"

Total scam. They are official courrier for iHerb in Canada and they never actually deliver! They show "FAKE" attempted deliveries without any calls and just take the packages to themselves. I lost over 6 packages with them and stopped using iHerb because of that.

"Ne retransmet pas sur le colis la TVA…"

Ne retransmet pas sur le colis la TVA déjà payée sur le site. Du coup, la douane demande à la poste de prélever une 2ème fois la TVA et la poste exige 8€ supplémentaires de frais de gestion.
Attention si vous achetez sur Aliexpress, c'est une hécatombe depuis le début de la semaine pour la poste et les destinataire.
Soit vous refusez le colis, soit vous entamez une procédure interminable auprès du vendeur, mais personne ne veut rembourser les frais de gestion.
A fuir !!!

"Pesima"

Es horrible a la hora de actualizar los estados de rastreo de tu paquete. Todo iba bien hasta el dia 4 de febrero. Ahí dejó de actualizarse y lleva 10 días así (el envío se hizo desde el 31 de Enero), ni una sola señal de que le pasa a mi paquete.
Es frustrante como un envío que pedí de china llega mas rapido que uno que es del país vecino.

"Delivers, but tracking information leaves much to be desired"

I think the way to deal with Asendia is to take note of their estimated delivery, just rely that they will deliver within that time frame and avoid checking the tracking information. Their tracking information is very frustrating and just raises doubts. This is exactly what happened to me, my package had regular updates when it was shipped in the USA on 31st January. Then it arrived in the UK on 5th February and there was no movement for a week, just saying "exception." As this was my first experience with them, and after reading all the negative reviews here, I panicked and contacted support. I didn't hear from support the first time, I waited two more days, contacted them again and by that time, my package had already been delivered to me. (Note that CS replied saying they didn't find any information on the number I'd given, good job package has already been delivered then, I guess they themselves are confused because the tracking number changes from each delivery point). Like in anything, I suspect that a lot of people have good experiences with this company but they don't record that here. I found their system of delivery to be quite stressful, but kudos to them for delivering within the time frame given. And again, I wish their tracking information reflected what is really going on.

"Absolutely a scam"

Absolutely a scam. Ordered 2 items from Ali express. 1st item arrived with no issues. 2nd item was shipped by Asendia. Not only did they never show up, have incorrect tracking information but they are now demanding money to 'fix mailing address' despite it all being done through Ali express.

I also ordered my normal shipment from iherb. Checking the Tracking today (12/Feb/2025) says that it was undeliverable and returned with a date stamp of 13/Feb/2025. I have been ordering the same order for 2 years and this is the first time they have used Asendia for my order. The first time there has been an issue. This is outright illegal to lie on the tracking manifest and I will be taking this to the federal police. I encourage everyone who has issues to report to scam watch if they are in Australia.
