I've used Blackship for 10 shipments now, every single time they remind me why I use them. Best in the market and without them I wouldn't bother buying from Japan. They put ALL American reshipper companies to shame, the customer service levels, the care with packages. AMAZING. Their customer service go above and beyond to help - I once filled out my customs incorrectly so I messaged and they had it sorted immediately! I love the rewards programme too, makes me feel valued.
