No delivery, no updated texts, no response until I had to call.
Never received a confirmation text as soon as I bought the item. Emailed and heard nothing back, tried to use their instant chat that doesn’t work either. Called in the end, the woman was lovely she stated it would arrive Friday today but it never came. I still haven’t received any shipment updates via text or anything. Extremely disappointed. Hopefully I can get a refund on Tuesday.
