I am not happy with my order; I received incorrect bedding set which I purchased a bedding set from Debenhams it took over 2 weeks to be delivered for it to be the incorrect item, quality was not what I would have expected for original price value of £140, looked and felt cheap. Had to return item back to original seller company and have not heard anything back about them receiving my return or any mention of a refund, it has been over a week. Poor customer service overall and won’t buy again. Have tried to email deyongs directly at the deyongs customer service email address as mentioned in these reviews to resolve this matter but email won’t sent via email as it says email address not valid. And all customer service links on the website come up with message ‘not found website’
