"Placed order trough Debenhams 2 weeks…"

Placed order trough Debenhams 2 weeks ago, never received it. They do not response to emails. Very disappointed .

"Awful service from the start"

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.
Bought from the through Debenhams as a 3rd party seller,never again
Took two weeks of chasing Debenhams customer service to get one of the 3 items I ordered to be delivered,deyongs themselves just ignored my queries,and still do.
2nd item was cancelled without reason,as still showing in stock and can be ordered,3rd item never arrived at all, although Debenhams told me it was included in my original overdue delivery,which was completely untrue in they was just a single item in the delivery.
Either inept,lazy or barefaced liars as a company,still out of pocket and being ignored.
Came here in the hope of steering customer's away from this seller who comes across as a scammer.
Doubt I'll get any feedback from deyongs on this review as they either don't read their emails or simply don't care about customer service.

If I could give them no stars I would,they are an appalling company

4 months to get a reply to this review,and in the end Debenhams themselves finally refunded my money after 6 weeks of no response from this company.

Have ordered bedding from them a few times now and the quality is great. Always arrives quickly and customer service is brilliant when I have had to ring and ask about a product. I like supporting small businesses and getting great service.

"Buy direct, not through Debenhams"

Like many other reviewers here, I ordered a Deyongs duvet set via Debenhams and had a poor experience. It seems that if you buy directly from Deyongs you get a great service, but there must be something about the system or processes if you order via a third party so I suggest you don't.

I ordered from Debenhams on 6th Jan, with 3-5 day delivery. I contacted Debenhams on 15th Jan to ask where my parcel was, and they said they would contact Deyongs, who said they were looking into it with the courier. Debenhams requested that Deyongs note the parcel as being lost and send another one.

I'm not sure what happened between Debenhams and Deyongs after that, but my duvet cover eventually appeared on 19th Jan. It's a really lovely duvet cover, high quality and very soft, I just shouldn't have had to chase for it.

Because of the good quality, I would like to buy from Deyongs again, however this duvet cover cost £33 in the Debenhams sale as opposed to £140 on the Deyongs website. So it seems it's either a case of low cost with poor service or high cost with great service. I suppose you get what you pay for in life.

Ordered a bedset but came in the wrong colour, however the return service was excellent. I spoke to Natalie and she was professional, efficient and friendly. Responses by email were equally efficient and professional. I'd definitely look at ordering from here again just ashame they were out of stock on the colour I wanted.

Love buying from deyongs.. comfort, soft suttle colors love every bits of their collections .

We purchased a snuggle touch throw mid December online directly from Deyongs website, at the busiest period. We honestly weren't expecting it any time soon but it was delivered just 72hs of placing the order. Really impressed.

We're very pleased also with the quality, not like one of those cheap ones, it's really comfy and warm.

I purchased 7 items from deyongs and very happy with the quality after receiving them. One of my friends recommended me about deyongs for bedding set, throw, duvet covers; and I made right decision. Although it was busy period in December therefore I was bit worried but their customer service helped me to get my order before the Charismas, thanks to deyongs.
