"Missing item not yet refunded"
I ordered 4 throws on 1st December through Not On The High Street. 3 of them arrived on 14th December, only a couple of days later than expected and decent quality. They were gratefully received on Christmas Day.
However, despite several emails back and forth I have still not received a refund for the missing item. At first I was told it was on its way and to wait a little longer, it would be with me by Christmas Eve. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited - to no avail! Now we’re on 5th January and I am no closer to getting my money back. Not at all impressed with their automated email responses, it really does seem like they couldn’t give two hoots about their customers.

"Extremely slow delivery - very disappointing"
This was my first (and probabaly last!) order with Deyongs. I ordered my item on the 14th December and received an email on the 15th to say that it had been sent, however as of today (2nd January), I still havent received it. When ordering I was told that I would receive my item at the absolute latest of 27th December...! I have also sent two support tickets in the meantime to which I am yet to receive an answer to. Overall extremely disappointing and would definitely think twice before ordering again.

"Still ongoing."
I ordered a blanket from them in the Black Friday sales. When it arrived, they had sent the wrong item. Which is fine, every company makes mistakes from time to time. I immediately got in contact to tell them, and they said I had to return the item to them, but they couldn't send out a replacement it had to be refunded, and after it was refunded, I could order it again. So sent the item back, waited for 7 working days for my refund and nothing. I got in contact again asking where my refund was, only to be told that they had sent out a replacement (after categorically telling me they could not send replacements). Knowing it was now the Christmas period and that delivery times would be affected, I did get an email saying that my order should be with me on Christmas Eve and they were behind uploading tracking details.
Well my order did not come on the day I was told and it still hasn't arrived, neither is there any tracking information for it.
So I have got in contact with them once again asking where it is or to just give me the refund.
The only positive thing I can say during this debacle is that they are quick in responding and have gotten back to me within 24 hours each time.
It's a shame because I do love their products, having gotten a few things of theirs already, but this has really let them down and its becoming infuriating.

"I am bitterly disappointed"
I am bitterly disappointed with the service from this company. I ordered 2 throws in November. I received 1. I tried contacting the company and was ignored. I had to contact Not On The High Street (NOTHS) customer services to act on my behalf. Deyongs eventually told me the 2nd item was on its way. It didn’t even arrive at the courier company. Again my contacts were ignored. Again I used NOTHS and Deyongs replied saying it was being sent. I told them I didn’t want it and wanted a refund. They ignored me and sent a replacement. I requested to return it. They ignored me. I had to use NOTHS and eventually Deyongs sent me the return details. I returned it with Royal Mail tracking and asked for a refund both via email and included in the parcel. They ignored me. I contacted NOTHS and Deyongs then told me they’d sent a replacement, this time with no courier details. I told them I didn’t want it and want a refund. Totally ignored. Asked NOTHS to intervene again and now nothing at all.
All I want is my money back!
Order placed 19th November - problem still ongoing 24 December
Update 05/01/24 - refund eventually received after many emails.

"Order still not shipped after 2.5 weeks"
Ordered a throw as a Christmas present on 9th December. Here I am on the 20th December and it hasn’t even shipped yet. Contacted customer service via email and phone 2 days ago. No response from either. Terrible customer service. Will be asking for a refund and hope I can find an alternative present in time.

"Ordered a throw as a Christmas present - never again!"
Ordered a throw as a Christmas present in November. This was through Not On The Highstreet site. Advised that it was dispatched and would arrive on 29th November. Gave it 2 weeks and started to email them on the 14th December asking for advice as tracking number not showing any delivery info. They answered and said they were running behind with orders - but why did they sent a dispatch date and tracking number?? Then promised I would get it within 2-3 days. Again nothing. Emailed them again to be told that they were on the case. Then got an email to say the throw I ordered was in a batch they had just received from their supplier and it was the wrong colour! Beyond frustrated I asked for the colour they had received just to be sent to me. Guess what……still waiting!! Absolutely raging. Ordered so early just to make sure it came on time. Looking at other reviews this seems like a pattern. Very disappointed. NOTHS not interested. Don’t waste your time and money. Such a shame as looked lovely.

"it’s a familiar story"
Reading the reviews it’s a familiar story, NOTHS order for a throw on 30/11 delivery for 4th December. Promise on the 8th to be a few more days, no response to contact on 15th, contacted again today.

"DID NOT RECEIVE MY PURCHASE"
Absolutely shocking customer services. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have not received my purchase which was due over 10 days ago now with no reasonable communication from either the seller or Notonthehighstreet. The order was placed on 29th November, due BY 4th December and yet nothing by the night of 14th December. Absolutely disgusting

"Delivery is not 2/3 days."
I ordered 3 throws on 29th November and was emailed that they had been dispatched the next day. A week past the estimated delivery time. I contacted the company and was told to wait 2/3 days as it was a busy time of year. This happened twice before I managed to speak with someone. Turns out they are still at the warehouse and even worse, one is no longer available. It was a gift for my daughter. I cannot comment on the quality as I haven’t received anything yet. If you are reading this before Christmas then please be aware of this issue.

"There is nothing right about this…"
ìThere is nothing right about this Company. I placed an order with them on 27th November and was given a delivery date of 29th November. My order never arrived and I couldn't track it.
Since then I have contacted them on numerous occasions and eventually on 8th December they accepted my order was lost and issued a replacement with a tracking number.
However according to Yodel they still haven't received my order from Deyongs so where is it??
I have stupidly ordered from them again through Debenhams and they haven't even acknowledged that order!
I would love to know why they are continuing to take orders and givng estimated delivery dates when they can't fulfil the orders they already have.

I am not complaining about the delay with my Debenhams order I'm complaining about the two orders I placed on 27th November!!! which I have never received.
I eventually phoned Deyongs and spoke to a very pleasant woman who managed to find me two throws in returns and sent them out and I received them the next day.
My original order had still not been sent out to me on 15th December.
