"Do not buy from this company"

Do not buy from this company. Refused my refund because I was unable to put the picture of duvet set in with the duvet,as squeezing it back into the bag would have ripped it. They also said I could not get a refund because they didn't like my reason for return and to add insult to injury if I wanted the duvet cover back,I had to send them a return label. Thankfully I was refunded by b a q as I purchased it from there website, after complaining and receiving incomplete pictures of my return from this sham of a company. Shame on you.

"Currently in dispute"

Currently in dispute, I ordered 2 supersize duvet sets, via Debenhams website. As soon as I opened the first I realised it was too thin a fabric not what I wanted. I folded as best I could, wrapped the ribbon around it and attempted to squeeze it back in the bag, I tried my very best. They have refunded the unopened duvet set but not the opened one, as apparently the packaging is “damaged” . The duvet is in its original condition, have you tried squeezing one into the bag? It would just take an expert or machine to repack, but they’re refusing to even partially refund as per their Ts and Cs. (I can pay the postage for it to be returned to me, but why would I do that when it’s not the quality I want?)

"Fake company i order duvet"

Fake company i order duvet, pillows, towel and duvet cover and out of that i only recieved 2 items that is duvet cover and pillow.. wheres the rest i have sent debenhams the emails that i got sent from deyongs.. 2 sepertae email with same tracking number fro both but bothe orderes are seperate becareful if you order from them their frauds .. i have contacted my bank and they are gonna issue a warning to them if i dont get my items in good condition.. i was suppose to order 4 more duvets thank god i didnt order it or else they would have stole my money.. Deyongs look out for a letter from my bank as its fraudly you have taken my money. And luckily the delivery guy took image of what i was sent.

"Terrible fabric quality, no customer service"

I bought quite a few bedding items a while ago, moved house and didn't use them immediately. I opened two matching pillow cases, branded as 'The Lyndon Company - Savoy' which are supposed to be their premium brand and one of them is awful, the fabric weave is faulty, full of holes, loose weave and stained and a different colour to the other one. I appreciate my contract is with the retailer, but after moving counties, I cannot recall where I bought these. Deyongs are not in the slightest bit interested in helping, despite their rotten quality check process. Avoid this brand, useless if you have a problem and ask for help.

"Beautiful quilt cover set "

Bought a Paper Poppy quilt cover set in the sale via Debenhams website . The quality is absolutely superb and the print is beautiful, just as shown in the photos. I read some poor reviews of this company and wondered if my purchase was going to be a waste of money but I am delighted with it . The Lyndon Company items are their premium brand and I for one wouldn’t hesitate in buying from them again .

I purchased these duvet covers for a double & single bed and I am unable to use them due to the rough fabric. It’s impossible to sleep with them on the bed as they are so scratchy & uncomfortable

"My experience of this company is worse than poor. …"

My experience of this company is exactly the same as the last reviewer. I ordered through Debenhams, the item was supposedly lost in the post and never arrived. I have emailed debenhams many times and have still not received my order or the refund which one customer service advisor told me he had processed. I did however receive some bedding, weeks after I first raised the issue, which was completely the wrong item. I now have bedding I don't want, no refund and no order. I have raised this with debenhams and just keep getting told that they are raising the issue with the supplier. This has been ongoing for about 6 weeks and I want nothing more to do with this company just my money back.

"I would give 0 if I could "

I would give 0 if I could. The item was down as despatched but didn’t arrive at courier. I bought through Debenhams (who weren’t much help either) it may have been genuinely lost in which case just refund and don’t keep dodging the complaint.

I raised this several times with Debenhams who just kept saying give the retailer 3 days to respond. If they don’t in the beginning they never will.

Thankfully I paid by PayPal and have actioned this and hopefully will refund if I don’t hear back by a date given. It was around £20 which isn’t the point as if everyone gave up the company have won.

I will never use this firm not Debenhams again and judging by other complaints this seems to be the norm.

"Bitterly disappointed "

I purchased a duvet set via Debenhams on the 25th/11/23 for a Christmas gift, when the item arrived it was the wrong order. I informed Debenhams who took a few days to reply. I then was able to return the item via the tracked link provided by The Lyndon Company on the 11th/12/23. I asked for the correct item to be sent out as I still had hopes that I would receive it before Christmas. No such luck, I had to buy a replacement. I have sent numerous emails to both companies involved and made numerous phone calls to The Lyndon Company with no avail. I have also emailed proof of purchase, of item ordered and the one received and of return. I have been requesting a refund from December, It is now 30th/01/24 and I have heard nothing back from TLC (The irony of abbreviation) and with every reply from Debenhams I have been offered an apology and told to give them 3 working days. I am unaware of when the 3 working days will be up. I am appalled that TLC considered their brand a premium brand and this is how customers are treated
