"Terrible customer services"
Terrible customer services, the item is a week overdue. Each time I contact them they try to extend waiting time for another few days. The item I ordered is now out of stock. The order was for a birthday present and now I have to find another present without receiving the refund. I feel like I will ultimately not got a refund, and would suggest avoiding this company. Used via Not On The High Street.

Terrible customer service. They sent the wrong throw so we emailed them straight away and they never replied until notonthehighstreet got involved so by that time (10 days after we first contacted them) we used it as it was so freezing cold and had given up thinking they ever would. Now they won't replace it as we have opened it but we only did that because they didn't reply for so long. Looking at other reviews where they do this sort of thing often I really think its their tactics. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a duvet set through Debenhams which was despatched by Deyongs. Yodel failed to deliver the parcel four times.
Deyongs customer service provided a replacement through a different carrier (without me requesting it) promptly as soon as I notified them asking for help.
Service like this from humans rather than bots harks back to the good old days when customer service meant what it said. Well done Deyongs

"Super throws"
I ordered 2 faux fur throws in the sale. Delivery was delayed slightly but the quality of each throw is wonderful. They are soft and fit our king size bed well. This is the 6th and 7th faux fur throws i have bought from Deyongs, that should give customers an idea of the quality and value.

Took over a week to be delivered, even though website claims within 3 day service. Delivery fee of £4.95 cost of service.
Actual product is good. Getting the items ordered needs a lot of work.
