Didn’t get the item that was ordered originally! And then got something that is not a good quality at all very disappointed this time!

I purchased a bedsheet, this found defective after nights use there was a nick in the fabric, and the quality lacked we didn’t like it and returned it but however cause we used it we thought it would be prudent to wash it.

They rejected my return based on that I had used it. I am a honest customer but seen as the quality of the product was poor I didn’t want a replacement.

Sent back a delivery accidentally to Deyongs due to an incorrect label, Laura was ever so helpful she left a msg saying that I had sent it to wrong company and to contact her which I She quickly located my package and advised to send her the correct label and she will reroute it with the new label.
Laura was super efficient Polite has excellent customer service skills and very courteous.
If more companies could have staff like Laura it would be brilliant.
She is a super star.

I contacted customer services as I had a query about a throw I had seen. I got a quick response and then further follow up. I communicated via email and then via a phone call.
My query was dealt with and L, the person I spoke to, was very pleasant and efficient.
I had another query following a browse of the website and L is going to try to help with that too.

"Received the wrong products, not what I ordered. "

Bought 2 throws, 1 for a Christmas present, the other for myself, what I received was 2 completely different throws, with a note saying they were out of stock of the ones I ordered and they sent their choice of replacement, instead of contacting me first and asking if I would be happy with a replacement they took the liberty of giving me a hideous replacement. One of the 2 I wouldn’t even think of buying due to the design and colour, the other was totally the wrong colour scheme, I would have preferred a refund! I would steer clear of this company. I bought through Debenhams so I’m hoping I can get my money back. We will see what happens.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMS! Am a big online shopper and bought stuff from debenhams which were Deyong products. I kept one and returned the other in its original packaging (as you would). They didn't respond to any queries, and eventually came back to Debenhams with the below!

They cut off the label from my returns bag and stuck it onto the actual snug throw to fake my return with a picture and said "it was returned like this"!!!! which in no shape or form makes any logical sense. They went through all of this scam behaviour for a £20!!!! It is a disgusting business ethics and I do hope they go bust within no time!
