"Company is a scam"

Should realize that when a company only takes cash or debit - that is a red flag, as you can't get your money back. That is a definite learning experience for me.
We were under the impression that the visit would be $80 and then we would get an assessment as to what had to be repaired.
When the technician came in he said it was $316.40 with tax and that would include the labour. It would probably be able to be repaired as 90% of the time it was reprogramming that was needed. Well low and behold we were in the 10% and a part was required - the part would cost over $400 - a new dryer is $600.
We do not recommend this company as this is truly a major ripoff. So disappointed !

This business is a scam. They flat out lied to me saying it's $80 to diagnose the repair. The man claimed he diagnosed it, saying it was a specific issue and the rough cost of parts. He then charged me for the labour BEFORE he completed the labour, saying that is according to company policy. After I paid him for the labour, he then said the issue is something else and will cost an extra $500 to fix it. When I called to complain they said they do not offer refunds, even if service is not provided. So then I called my bank to dispute the charge but they said they cannot dispute debit card transactions, which makes sense because they only accept Debit NOT Credit because they know they are ripping people off. I reported to BBB, I hope everyone else does the same so we can bring them to court.

do not use this company horrible customer service manager raise their voice at me. Didn’t have any empathy for my situation. Said that she’s going to charge me and put me in Equifax and report me as not paying for the estimate when I paid already hung up the phone on me, beware of this company go somewhere else trust me they charge 80 something just for an estimate where other places charge 65

Wife called and was told 80 dollar service fee which turned into $180 service fee which turned into a $250 diagnostic fee then a $240 for a part total price $670 or half of what a new machine cost. But they did give a $15 discount as a new customer. Just did a load of laundry and no leak but the machine has been on the rinse cycle for 30 minutes and not going to end.

Would give a zero review if possible. Absolute bait and switch. They only accept cash or debit, now I know its so you dont report it to your credit card for a refund. First their $80 assessment turned into they need to do some work to fix the issue and asked for 290. Then shocking they cant fix it so they need to order part. You have already paid a couple 100 dollars so you feel a bit trapped. They showed up with a bake heater for our oven which cost about $50 and the charged us $361 for it. Before they put it in we were like what is this - you cant possibly be serious that this it the $381 part. They didnt care we had already paid for it so they refused a refund.The repair took about 10 minutes to put it in. We tried to address it with their office which was a joke they didnt care. No concern about coming into peoples homes who are trusting them to be honest.

Scam , Fraud and theft alert ! I repat, I do NOT recommend you to use this company.
I lost $900 CAD ... While I will never expect to get that funds back , I will for sure in the futher resarch companies better. I did notify the various authorites about my experience. Please search for a business that is looking after you needs!

Scammers!! Charged me $300 for a diagnostic that was 20 minutes in length. Guy sat on his phone the entire time. Nothing got fixed. I was told the diagnostic would be part of the repair and labour costs, if needed. Total liars! A woman by the name of “Maria” claiming to be the Manager refused to refund me back a portion of that diagnostic for basically doing nothing! USE AT OWN RISK!
