"1000$ Spent, Zero Satisfaction Guaranteed"
I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Their so-called ‘technicians’ appear to lack the expertise to properly repair anything. Instead, their default solution for every issue is to replace parts—usually at outrageously high costs.
I recently had an awful experience when I hired them to repair my electric stove. The repair ended up costing me over $1,000 and came with only a 1-month warranty. After the fix, I noticed that the timer wasn’t working. When I asked the technician to address it, he claimed it would require replacing the display, which would cost an additional $300+. At that point, it felt like they were more interested in upselling parts than actually solving the problem. Honestly, they could have just suggested buying a new stove instead of charging me so much for ineffective repairs.
To make matters worse, the technician’s attitude was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the process.
Had I checked their reviews on Trustpilot beforehand, I would have never hired them. This company feels like a complete scam—save yourself the headache and stay far away!

"I would give 0 stars if I could"
I would give 0 stars if I could. Scammers that misquote repairs, heavily mark-up parts, and have no respect for the customer. A technician came to replace a leaking burner valve on my mother’s stove. He quoted her for replacing all 4 stove burner assemblies completely, despite the problem being only a single burner valve. The quote was $1000 for parts and $500 for labour, and he had not even properly assessed the issue yet. When told the price was ridiculous, he proceeded to yell and threaten at my mother and I in her kitchen. The company website consists solely of fake reviews and they have google reviews disabled… because they are opportunists and scammers that prey on the elderly and ill-informed. If I could give 0 stars I would. Please steer clear of these scammers

"I would give zero stars if I could"
I would give zero stars if I could. Scam! Their website says "LG appliance Repair", but they are not an authorized LG service center. If they did any work on your LG appliance they would void your warranty. Plus they can't order any LG parts under warranty so they don't tell you and they try to charge full price. I should have known better when I found out they don't take credit. You can't cancel a debit payment

"They are misleading"
They are misleading. They told me it will be 80 dollars for the visit, whether I go with the solution or not. The guy came, took one look, and was like, I need to take it apart to be able to tell what the problem is, and for that you have to pay 329 dollars, which I had to pay since he was already here.
So the 80 dollars was a misleading way to get you to have the technician booked, and then once they are booked, they will come and be like, we need to know what is, pay us this much to figure it out, so you find yourself between the choice of paying extra, or being out of 80 for nothing at all.
Then they will tell you they need parts and will show expensive pieces and shipping costs of over 100 and if you research these pieces, they will turn out to be 10th the price. If you ask for support for the price they paid, a woman called Sam will scream at you over the phone. She will be like, I don't understand what you are asking for, once you start explaining AGAIN, she will interrupt you and then scream at you because you are not letting her to defraud you.
Bottom line, don't use this company. So bad.

"DO NOT USE"
DO NOT USE! Tried to charge me $384 for a replacement part that I easily found at a trusted OEM parts reseller for $133. Arrived at my house and immediately charged $295 for labour without doing the proper diagnostics that they were suppose to perform for $79. I felt pressured and taken advantage of. Terrible!

"Do Not Use This Company!!!"
Do not use The A Team Appliance Repair.
We had scheduled The A Team to service our dishwasher and agreed they would be at our house between 1 and 4. They did not show up during that time and never called indicating they are delayed.
We were not available after 4. I called to indicate we cannot have them come to our house after 4. We are not available. They showed up after 4 and now want us to pay the $80 service fee. For what? They did nothing. Never showed during the time they said they would and then showed up even after I said don't come.
Now after 5 months, they are threatening going to a collection agency for the $80.
This company has no customer service. They are out to get money from you and for no work completed.
And be aware when you search them on the internet, their website shows a 5 stars review. That fooled me. That is their own website with their own reviews and not from trustpilot, BBB, google.

"RUN!! Fast!"
RUN!!! If you want to spend alot of money on sub standard service this is your company ... I should have checked the 753 BBB complaints and only after they scooped over $ 500 for a 10 minute service call , I learned the hard way. Their MO (method of operation) was the same for me as it was with so many more...I can't believe this company still operates. And google won't allow you to review this company. Shame on google
