"A team appliance repair is a Ripoff!"

Do yourself a big favour do not use The A team appliance repair! Very disappointed My wife and I are seniors on a pension, The lady on the phone is in on the scam She was absolutely no help at all. Different names and Address on the bill? After installing the new part that we paid for they want it more money, The part is only worth $100 and they charge us $780. Total rip off. The serviceman had no shame at all, absolute disgrace.

Charges $80 to show up and then diagnose problem. However, they then charge another $200 just to open the dishwasher and look but not actually fix anything. What is the $80 for? Gas??? DONT USE!

Complete consumer rip-off, do not use this company. They charged almost $500 for the exact same part available on Amazon for $130. Extremely dishonest!

"Scam company"

Writing this on behalf of my senior mother who clearly didn't see the horrible ratings for this company. Our fridge is still broken. They came in and assessed the water dispenser and determined they needed to fix just the one part and it was easy. We paid nearly $600 for labor and the part. I can now see the part was not worth even close to that. They come to install and it still doesn't work. They say oops it's a different part but no worry it's little and we will fix it easy. After paying the initial invoice we are then given another invoice for around $600 again. The invoice given barely has information on it and they won't tell us what the part is. We ended up calling the manufacturer to find out. Turns out this was once again a part worth only $100. They refuse to help us, were rude and unprofessional. We will take the loss at this point. Paying $1200 would be dumb when we can just replace the whole fridge. Very disappointing.

I would give the zero stars if I could. The technician lied to my face to get me to order the most expensive part under the guise that I'd get a 3 year warranty. My fault for trusting the 'professional'. Customer service is a joke. Never again. Crooks.

This company is a complete scam. We were lied to the entire time and got scammed for thousands of dollars. Do not hire this company!!

Scammer do not use. They came to fix a washing machine charged 320 to do a diagnostic on it said it needed a new motor and had a bent tube needed 900 upfront, we waited 2 weeks for the part, they came didn't have the right tools to fix it then said we would needed to spend another 562 because the blades wouldn't come out and we would need a new drum. We could have bought a new machine if he would have been honest. Just terrible that they lie to your face and don't feel bad about stealing people's hard earned money. They need to be shut down. They took our money and left us with a broken washing machine and refused to give us any money back but would give us a discount on the new parts which l am sure the repair man broke since there was no mention of this till he tried to put in the new motor and he didn't even have the right tools to do the job we had to give him some. Never use this company.

Our dishwasher was leaking badly. The technician came and totally misdiagnosed the problem. He ordered and installed a part that was not needed. Still leaking badly. Came back and installed another part that did not fix the problem. Still leaking badly. Total invoice so far $724.56. They offered to return and install another part for $500.00. I requested a refund on the initial repair since it didn't fix anything. All my emails have been ghosted. DO NOT deal with this company.

This is a classic example of buyer beware. The ( so called ) tech showed up in his car. He said he would not do anything without getting a signature on an invoice. True to his word he really didn't do anything to solve my problem with the refrigerator. after 40 minutes he left with $ 300.00 and i was still without a refrigerator. Absolute robbery.
