They misdiagnose issues and overcharge for parts. They never fix the problem! Terribly service and would never call them again!

The customer service is a joke. They never call you back and it took 8 weeks of me calling for them to finally come and install my new part. The price was ridiculous and the service was horrible. I should have known when the repair guy showed up and then went and took a dump in my washroom that I had the wrong guys. Do not call this company.

Total scam. Pay in advance for a washing machine repair. By the time they were done, we had to buy a new washer. Asked for a refund and told them they could pick up the washer. No pride or guarantee for their work. AWFUL!

I recently was scammed by this company. They took a part from my oven and have yet to come repair my oven or return the part. I have argued with them for the last week and they will not budge. Unbelievable! how have they gotten away with this after being on the news...I am so disappointed I fell for this and also disappointed their isn't anything being done here.I am looking into getting their website shut down. Has anyone tried to do this?

Complete scam. Go to fb and find the A Team appliance repair rip off dispute page. You do not want these criminals in your house.

This business is a total scam. They sound professional at first but then they send a tech who "fixes" your problem but doesn't fix it. You call back to ask them to send them again to take another look and they tell you that you have to buy a part and they will not send the tech again. Total scam. Took my money and ran. Super rude at the end too.

"SCAMMERS! Report to police!"

Almost the SAME scenario EVERYTIME! They did the same thing to me! Claimed they fixed my LG fridge by "reprogramming" it. After being scammed almost $600 I got the real contact information for LG. LG sent someone to fix my fridge and it is working. They also confirmed they are NOT affiliated with this company and they are NOT capable of repairing LG appliances as LG will not sell them the parts. The LG representative took a copy of my invoice and said they have received numerous complaints of this company. I have filed a police report and I advise everyone else to do the same AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

"Scam - DO NOT HIRE THEM!"

I hired them to fix my microwave. They don't come unless you pay first (they don't accept credit cards, only cash or debit) and then they don't do anything but tell you that you need to give them more money for a new part. Supposedly they come back with the new part and then tell you they have to "test" it in their location. So they remove your appliance and keep it for a month. It comes back all damaged and dented. They don't install it properly so it damaged my cabinets. And the microwave is still making the same noise it did when I started this process 2 months ago. Lots of people have the same complaints. STAY AWAY and go to a reputable repair place.

Called for a refrigerator repair. Told $80 for service fee. Guy came, took back off fridge then told me I need to pay $290+tax to continue with repair that he didn't even check yet and it was cash or debit only. Called the company to confirm this.
They were the first lg google link technician to come up. Should have dug deeper but was desperate to get it fix.
We asked him to stop although he didn't do anything yet and asked him to leave and he wouldn't. Called the company again and told them if he doesn't leave I'm calling the police. They said he will leave once I pay the 290 +tax and if I don't they will send to collection and then she hung up on me. We didn't pay and told him to leave or I'm calling the police. He did
eventually leave.
