Thiefs, my diswasher broke and was leaking need a urgent repair. Tech came out and immediately charged for Service call plus "repair" before even removing the unit or checking itout. After pulling out and taking it apart insisted for another $400 or the unit wouldnt work! Cost over $750 to fix and 2 months later same issues. Called again was told contact tech who never called me again. Had to buy a new unit which I should of done when they wanted more funds.

Absolutely terrible service and I wish I scrolled down far enough in my google search to see these reviews sooner. They were supposed to repair my in-wall oven. $2700 later, still experiencing the same issue. I was too busy working to watch the technician, but he didn't switch the power off to "replace the motherboard". And he refused to stick around and test my oven afterwards, but reassured me I have 90 days to get my money back if his repair didn't fix the problem. It didn't. I tried getting my money back, but their accounting dept said they don't do refunds, despite what I was told by their technician and customer service. Her explanation? Their people just say the things they think I want to hear at the time, but it doesn't make it true.

"If I could give them zero stars"
If I could give them zero stars, that would still not be appropriate. DO NOT use these people...EVER. My elderly parents sold their home and 4 days before closing their washer stopped working. Technician came, advised them a pump was required.Never bothered to suggest that they just buy a new machine and be done with it. Charged them $270 labour and $453 for part to be ordered. Turns out, complete board required, a total rip-off. A horrible customer service experience, a little integrity could go a long way here. A good technician will always tell you if it's worth repairing, especially when dealing with seniors-Shame on the A-Team! Never again.

Adding to these reviews. Had the worst experience with this company. Our stove range wasn’t working, I called and they said it’s 80 bucks to have a technician come to assess. The guy shows up - turns it on for maybe twenty seconds and says it working. He didn’t take the range apart or look at absolutely anything. He was there maybe one minute tops looking at it and wanted money. I asked for him to look at it again and see what was wrong and try changing the filter. He says he doesn’t carry the filter and wanted to be paid. I called the company to complain they said they would send someone else. Another guy comes a few hours later. Again turns it on says he doesn’t see anything wrong and it would be 290 bucks more to actually take it apart to check. I said I was told it’s 80 bucks and I refused the service. And then found all these negative reviews. It is a complete scam. Beware!!!

Our refridgerator wasn't working. Technician visited ($80+tx). He said the problem was fixed by servicing the main-board and he can fix it ($210+tax). He did say the next problem we would have is the compressor would fail but this current 'service' would fix the fridge but to allow four to six hours to become cold again.
It never became cold.
Also, he stunk of south-east-asian body odor so it took us 6 hours of open windows and exhaust fans (in February) to clear the house of his stink. Showers and soap are almost free, try it.
Plus, the company only took Interac payment (i.e., immediate cash transfer) not credit card. Upon my calling to ask for a proper fridge fix they refused and said I would need a compressor ($1,700+tax) which is not what I was told when the technician was on site. I asked for my $210+tax to be returned as it was taken under false pretenses. They refused as it was 'labour'. This is seemingly how they steal our money: they do 'work' which is not required and do not give back the money (and given they do not accept credit cards there is no mitigating recall action we can take to return the payment).
They are just thieves. Shame on them, shame on us.

"Never trust them"
Never trust them, they changed me 363$ and did nothing, the technician spent 10 min. At my place and just pressed the bottom to reset my fridge, I told him , the problem is compressor, he mentioned, no, I am sure compressor is ok, he didn't do anything, never calls them
