BECAREFUL THEY ARE SCAMMERS. How are they still able to operate?

We asked that our dishwasher get fixed.. They charged us $1800 and took 4 months for them to get the parts in.. After they installed the Miele part it didn't work. The technician said to pay another $1400 to get the another part. I refused and asked for a refund. Their customer service said there is nothing they can do except a discount on additional parts.
Stay away from this scammers.. They are playing games and will keep frustrating you to squeeze any amount of money.
Please don't call they, they will reap you off.

I would give 0 stars. They told me $80 plus taxes for the service call which would cover the initial check and the quote to repair it. Once technician showed up I ended up paying $210 plus taxes to only tell me what the problem was. What was the $80 for? just to show up at my door? This is deceiving as they should have said it would cost $210 to take a look when I initially called.

"Totally scammed"

Totally scammed.

After spending $600 for repair on a washing machine and having a lifetime warrantee (so I was told). I called back 2 years later for a quick fix on the machine and was met with a rudeness I've never experienced before from customer service. They were combative and basically said it's my fault the technician lied to me.

I filed a complaint with BBB. I suggest everyone here do the same.

"APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE SCAM "

Looked up online for a local dishwasher repair. Should have done some research- but was in a rush. I called them and they were available immediately (also weird).

A man came about 30 min later, similar to others, I was told beforehand that it will cost $80 for the inspection to come in person and then I would get an estimate of the repairs, which would include the $80 for showing up.

The man came, looked around and then ultimately told me something was wrong and needed immediate attention (wasn't really given a clear explanation and mix/match responses). Told me to sign a form and it would be $280 +tax. He was also connected to a headset the whole time and speaking with someone, almost telling him what to do, as well as showing up his phone camera to under the washer.

Essentially was playing around with it and said it would start working in 24h, but wanted the full $316 payment. I argued with him that I wasn't going to pay fully for the service if I didn't know if the washer was fixed or not, and I would pay fully if it was actually fixed the next day.

We kept arguing back and forth, even offered him $100 up front for his effort and time, however I wasn't going to pay the full price if I didn't know if the washer was for sure fixed.

He eventually stormed out and I didn't pay anything. I doubt he did anything to it other than unplug it, move it around and dumped water into LOL. Please be careful of these people ABSOLUTE SCAM

"Stay away"

Please be aware: do not use this company’s services. The quality, expertise, integrity and customer service is non-existent. They sent a technician to fix a dishwasher problem - he spent 20 minutes, charged $290, and claimed to solve the issue and provide a warranty; he did not test with a full load - later that day when we ran a load it DID NOT WORK.

We called in the issue and the company did not send a technician - they said they do not give warranties.

Use another plumbing service.

0 starts, these people are scammers, they came in and charged me over 300 dollars, the man stayed 10 minutes and left. When I tried my washing machine this morning it was worse than when he came in. Called the company and they said it's because my machine needs a new part that will cost 500 dollars. They further broke my machine and are not accountable for it. I did some research come to find out their a well known scam company. Do not trust them.Do your research first. Also reviews on their site are obviously fake.

The tech showed up, checked something on the settings and said I have to pay 500 for a part

I said no worries but can I see the broken part or how you came to that conclusion.

He said "this is my job, I don't have to show you"

I said please leave my house, I'm not paying you for this type of service.

He refused to leave ( his name was B.avin on the receipt) so I called the cops since he started swearing at me and threatening me.

Once the police were on the phone, he got in the car and continued his abuse through his window, throwing in some middle fingers, then called me to continue the abuse


I was shocked at it all, I called the company to complain.
They said they can't verify my accusation so I should still pay the 80$ or face collections (wtf I never gave them a credit card cause they wanted cash or debit)


I'm so surprised at how quickly and insanely this unraveled.
All I wanted was my oven fixed.


Now I'm wondering if the nut case will come back if I don't pay for the 80$ (which i gladly will but there's no info how to pay other than that guy coming back)
