Got face masks from BubbleT in an Ipsy bag. Finally decided to try the Jasmine one. Woke up with my eye swollen shut. Been on medication for 3 days now, still swollen. I alerted Ipsy about this, the offered me a $3.50 (600 points) product as compensation. I still look like Quasimodo

Overpriced pretty bottles of shower gel with no smell. Brought the Kelloggs colab and they didn't smell of anything. Wrote a review on the website and surprise surprise it wasn't published. Wouldn't buy again.

I have used Bubble T directly to order lots of different bath products for presents that you can’t find in high street shops, and have always been more than satisfied. But I have recently ordered and received a package containing 5 items, 4 of which are perfect, but one item, “Confetea Jar Of Bath Pearls Gift Set”was smashed when I opened the packaging….I have emailed the company twice in the last week and also sent a direct message via the website stressing my disappointment regarding this issue as it was a Birthday present for my friend. I have had no reply to any of my emails or message, therefore, I will not be using this company again.

"10 days gone and still not dispatched"

Ordered 15th July, now 10 days later and I've still not had a dispatch email. They were meant to be for my daughters birthday which is this Wednesday (it's Monday night writing this). I emailed asking what's going on and have had no reply. If nothing turns up in the next couple of days, I will have to get my money back via my bank (cancelling the transaction).

I'll keep this short and sweet. Ordered on 7th July..now 15th July and no delivery of items. Missed as Birthday gift. I wouldn't order from here ever again and if I do ever get the items I'll be sending back for a refund.
