Unit worked great for 3 weeks then the system began to overfill the cubes. I am having to jump through hoops with pictures, video's and repeated messages to replace the control module. They do not respond to emails and I have had to initiate the follow-ups. I do not recommend their products.

Had an issue with a LED light that had a warranty. Contacted Growace, show a video, and a written response of the issue at hand with my LED light. They contacted the manufacture and a replacement part was issued. Falicia, my support for the issue, kept me informed of the steps that were happening, and the turn around was very quick to solve this LED issue.

"Horrible product support process"
I’m having an issue with my AirCube brain controller . The timer keeps getting stuck and keeps stopping during the day and misses watering cycles. The unit is just three month old and worked perfectly at the beginning. But now They are refusing to replace a faulty timer because They want me to video record when it happens, how it happens, so they can troubleshoot.I don’t need their troubleshooting because I know that the timer is faulty. But no, they want me to sit next to the timer with video camera 24hrs and wait for it to happen! What a nonsense! What a bunch of crooks! Are they trying to make you hate them? I guess so. Their support is a joke and non existent. Avoid this company and don’t buy from them because they do not support what they sell no matter what they say on their website.Confirmed…..Horrible customer service! Lesson learned the hard way for not trusting the previous reviewers.
