"SCAM - They stole my money"

Placed my order 23/12/23 and still nothing after over 4 Months, received numerous guarantees that I would receive my order and even a worthless credit on my account. What is the point when you cant be bothered to delivery my original order?

This company is the worst I have ever experienced and I would avoid them at all costs.

The beanbag itself is top quality and really good. The hug pillow is far too hard for me. I contacted Remy over a week ago and I'm still waiting on a response to enable the returns process. If it hadn't been for this deplorable customer service it would have been 5 stars

I love my grey pod for informal WFH and chilling with a book. The material is great quality and the cover washes well. My 5 and 8 year old niece and nephew love jumping on it and even sleep on it. It’s super cosy when combined with a weighted blanket.

Diabolical service on delivery and customer support through all the methods of communicating with Remy Sleep. Would not recommend any purchase. Pod Footrest was delivered which is useless without the bean bag which is still outstanding.

These guys took my money but didn’t deliver the product for nearly 2 months with a variety of excuses for doing so , then just last week they email me saying they had been left a lot of bad reviews because they had been doing the same thing to many other customers and were offering a £5 bribe to leave a positive review to make their credibility look better on here.
Total joke of a company whose products tbh do not live up to the description when you eventually get them.

"Amazing comfort and service "

As an insomniac I’ve tried all sorts of potions and gimmicks over the years to help switch off my busy mind. I had heard about the benefits of weighted blankets and was curious to try one when I met the Remy team at a sleep event in London. The cocooning effect of the blanket was like nothing I had ever experienced before! It was like the volume had suddenly been turned down signalling my muscles to relax and sleep… amazing!
My 8kg blanket with a blue cover was delivered to my door a few days later. It has massively helped me to relax and drift off.
Unfortunately the zip on the cover broke after only a few washes. I contacted Remy and they sent a replacement cover. This arrived quickly and washes well.
On a cost per use basis, my weighted blanket is probably the best purchase I’ve ever made. I’ve since recommended Remy to friends and family for fantastic quality and service.
