"Order not received & zero communication"

Order not received after 20 days, No communication, no response to emails ,no customer service to speak to,Order status says unfulfilled. First payment was taken ( Klarna) luckily Klarna have now paused the next 2 payments until this is resolved.
This company needs to stop taking orders its unacceptable what theyre doing.

"I ordered a weighted blanket cover over…"

I ordered a weighted blanket cover over a month ago and still have not received it. I've been told there was delays from their warehouse a week after I ordered it from an automated email. That email said that I should receive my cover a week after the email.

It is now over a month later and I still have no cover and cannot get a hold of the company. I have now also moved house and have tried contacting the company about my order status and trying to change my address but after three emails no one has responded to me at all. I'm at the point I'm about to request my money back from paypal as I'm not confident I'll ever get my cover.

My first order a few years ago arrived on time and without issue so I assumed this order would also be fine... I guess not

"Waiting 5 WEEKS, no delivery and being ignored!"

I have now been waiting 5 WEEKS for my child's weighted blanket, have only had one generic email sent to all customers during that time about manufacture delays, that was weeks ago, still no product received, the company do not respond to emails. REALLY DISAPPOINTED with the customer service here. Unless they reply to me today I shall have to pursue further action through my credit card company!

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE"

I bought an item from Remy in June, which was unsuitable and asked for an exchange. They sent an automated email saying they would reply to me with instructions in 3-5 days. Two weeks later I was still waiting so emailed for an update. When I got no reply I emailed a further two times before then trying their WhatsApp account and finally their live chat which wasn't answered after 3 hours. I then sent a formal complaint by email which has gone unanswered. There's no phone number to call and calls to their WhatsApp number go unanswered. This is all the signs of a company going bust and trying to pull in as much money as possible before they do, without delivering the goods. Stay away!

"Ghost town scam now"

Used years ago and it was ok, but ordered near enough a month ago and still not received anything, my order says unfulfilled on their website tracker, emailed customer service a week ago got ignored, their WhatsApp says inactive since 6th July, total joke even if there were supply chain issues you should communicate this to customers that’s just number 1 basics of customer service. Absolute joke. Never using again.

ordered over a month ago, it's still unfulfilled, I've emailed and tried the WhatsApp chat and have had zero response. from the reviews here this has been going on for months, I wish I'd read these before buying from them. at the stage it's seeming like a scam.

"Don't buy anything from them"

The company is broke and they can't fulfill the orders. Staff is there only as a part time basis, customer support doesn't exist. Ppl usually have to post frustrated comments on their IG to get a reply, but those comments are usually deleted to avoid bad publicity.

"As of leaving this review. Remy has gone AWOL."

I wish I’d checked on here and saw the recent reviews about Remy going AWOL!

So, I originally got one of the weighted blankets years ago and it’s been amazing. When the pod came out I didn’t even hesitate buying it off the back of the blanket.
Pod 1.0 started out great so I got my partner one and within 3 months mine had lost all shape and gone saggy. I purchased more beads and it just got bigger and was still a total mess.
I sent pictures of both pods next to each other and complained and asked for a refund, which they refused to do, saying my pod was actually a new design that was wider and bigger (obviously this was nonsense) I gave up and just used it anyway as I was too busy to have this back and forth with them.

Pod 2.0. So when they advertised the new pod 2.0, I gave them the benefit of doubt and got one in the sale. Started hard and uncomfortable but got better weeks in. 6 months later it’s saggy and i had to refill it, it’s kind of back to it’s original shape so I didn’t kick up a fuss seeing as I did use it a lot.

10 days ago I ordered another one in the same for my partner as we binned the bad Pod and her Other pod 1.0 was in the sorry state my original faulty one was. No answer from mails, whatsapp or social media.
I looked on companies house and it seemed the parent company “Sumo Sleep” had warnings about being struck off and other Red markers. I did take note that their was only one employee which was the ceo of the company Abeer Iqbal.

I’m guessing Abeer Iqbal has either spent the money he’s been making and has outstanding debt with the manufacturing companies or he’s done a last sale, pocketed the money and left the country! 🤷🏻‍♂️

I guess I’ll have to go through the annoying channels of getting my money back through my bank. 🫠

"***** CAVEAT EMPTOR *****"

Absolutely great products but absolutely awful customer service

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL customer service.

No reply to email or live chat. No telephone number to call them on. No nothing. The worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune to encounter.

I ordered two items and only one was delivered. Can I get in touch with them to chase up the other item? You guessed it, not a chance.

Well, I can send them messages, so I guess I can get in touch with them, but NO REPLY AT ALL just makes it infuriating and makes me hate them as a brand.

Now having to reclaim the payment via my credit card provider.

I will NEVER use them again.
