I have ordered two Remy beanbags and i have been waiting 3 weeks now. I have had no response from numerous emails and text messages. Have this company gone bust?

"Don't order"

Don't order! Blankets ordered in early July did not arrive. I wrote repeatedly, texted. No luck. I can't believe the website is still up, as they're clearly no longer fulfilling orders. I took the non arrival of blankets to the disputed transactions department of my bank and advise anyone else who has bought to do the same.

"Ghosted by Remy, order placed in June and heard nothing since"

Placed an order on the 9th of June and I still haven't received it. No answer from messages sent via email, Whatsapp and Facebook messenger. Super disappointing as I have ordered from Remy before and had good customer service, and I am a big fan of their weighted blankets. No idea what is going on but there's no excuse for taking people's money (and continuing to take it, as their website is still allowing people to place orders) and then ghosting them/not delivering. Have attempted a chargeback through my bank as I don't think I will be getting anything from this company as things stand and I wonder if they are going to go into liquidation?

"Company gone bust?"

I originally ordered a hugger pillow in February which was great, I wanted spare covers for this to make it easier for washing etc. I ordered these in mid June. However the order showed as “unfulfilled” on the website, luckily I ordered these with Klarna and raised a dispute and almost 6 weeks later they resolved it and I didn’t lose out on any money. I’d reached out to Remy on all their platforms, email, online chat, instagram etc and no responses at all!
It’s odd, I’d been receiving emails about offers and my dream points which I used for money off my order and then once the order was placed I heard nothing more from them!
Genuinely believe this company must have gone bust, there’s no other explanation for this!

Ordered last week. No correspondence. I don't believe I will receive our 2 bean bags.

"Zero Delivery, Zero Customer Service "

I now do not believe I will receive my order totalling £163 for a pod and footstool made nearly 4 weeks ago. I have emailed and phoned this company with no response from them. The phone number is connected to a 'bot' that doesn't recognise the number. I see that the Remy Sleep website is still up and taking money for orders that are clearly not being supplied to the customer. Also, they have not published any recent customer reviews for the past 5 months. I paid through PayPal and have approached their resolution centre to raise an enquiry with the company.

"Terrible!!"

Terrible!!! I placed an order with 2-5 days delivery eta, three weeks later I have not received it. I have made many attempts to contact them via email, WhatsApp online chat but had no response. So disappointed as I really wanted the hugger pillow payment has been taken but goods not received.

"No order, no response"

Order was never fulfilled/ sent and the company is not getting back to me through any of the channels I have reached out. I had shopped at Remy sleep before without issues, so it looks like it’s turning into a scam unfortunately.

"Waiting over 2 months...appalling customer service "

Ordered two hugger pillows in June (one now a very late birthday gift) - still waiting for them to be delivered over 2m later.
Have tried to contact them across all of their mediums; WhatsApp, Email , FB messaging, direct messaging on numerous occasions and not a single acknowledgement or reply to my queries.
Appalling customer service.
Have had a number of products in the past from them and they are really nice but this is completely not ok.

If I could rate as zero stars I would. Ordered weeks ago, no delivery or delivery mails since they took my money and no response via the chat not, emails, instagram etc. Incredible that they can keep taking people’s money with no consequences…
