Oh dear oh dear oh dear. These sharks have now deleted all comments on Instagram. They aren’t answering emails and they’ve stolen money from so many customers. Next stop Trading Standards. No delivery yet they have mine and MANY MANY other customers money. Stop trading at least!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM PLEASE.
And this is what Trust Pilot say:

As a previously satisfied customer, I was sent a loyalty reward that prompted me to order again. Nothing has been delivered seven weeks later and no replies received to my emails. I see here that others share this experience and I’m left wondering whether the offer email was just a cynical ploy to get cash

"2 months after order, still no delivery and emails being ignored"
Same problem as everyone else writing reviews. Put in an order two months ago for some refill beads ( my new pod deflated in about 2 weeks!) and no word from them since. All my emails have been ignored. But they have taken my money.
Separately a tear developed in my bean pod after a few weeks of use. Sent pictures to customer service - again my email has been completely ignored. This company are selling products they can not actually supply but happy to take your money. Customer service is virtually non existent. I would not recommend using this company

Dreadful communication or rather lack of. Like others, placed an order and since then, nothing! Emailed/messaged on WhatsApp but all ignored.
Really annoyed as I ordered the item specifically to help my disabled son. Save your money and don’t order from Remy Sleep. Never again!!!

"Don't bother"
Same story as others; I placed an order around 6 weeks ago and have received no correspondence aside from a generic email in June stating that they were behind on fulfilment due to "recent unexpected delays with [their] manufacturer" but that orders should arrive within a week.
Needless to say, my order is still showing as unfulfilled and I haven't managed to elicit any form of response from customer service.
A real shame as I do like the weighted blanked that I purchased from them a few years ago and was looking forward to having a new summer cover for it!

"Won't refund for faulty goods"
Bought goods back in May, came with a fault, requested return. They agreed and said they'll get back to me in 3-5 working days. Haven't heard since.

Haven't received my order over a month ago and no answer to my emails or chat requests. No not buy. I suspect these are early signs of liquidation.

Ordered 6th July. Not been despatched, my emails are being totally ignored including request for a refund. PayPal dispute raised. ABSOLUTELY do not order from this company now, only wish I'd seen previous reviews before ordering but as I'd ordered from them 2 yrs ago and had great service never gave it a thought.

I placed an order on 30th June 2024 for the weighted blanket.
When I placed the order it stated delivery is 1-3 days and that this item was in stock. it has now been 23 days and I have still not received my order.
I contacted them a fortnight ago via chat where it stated that the wait was longer than 15 minutes I still waited and then gave up after realising that there was probably no there at all. I then recieved an email messsge to say that you had an issue with the supplier and there was a delay and that once you had shipped the item you would let me know.
If that was the case why can they not put on the website that they are out of stock or need to pre order so that the customer knows when they place the order that there will be a delay or why can they not communicate this to the customer. I only found the delay with the supplier after I contacted them to chase my order…..
I messsged them via instagram last Tuesday and advised that they were going to contact the CS team and get back to me, I have not heard anything from them since despite sending an email, further messages on chat and on instagram messenger.
This is absolutely appalling. There are many negative reviews about the poor customer service on Trustpilot, I wished I had read this before ordering.
I also note that they have not responded to any of the comments on Trustpilot, but then I guess that just highlights and reinforces the poor communication and arrogancy.
This product was shown on Dragons Den….Peter Jones invested in them I wonder if he knows what a con artists they truely are…..!!!! Taking peoples money, not supplying the goods and not making any communication with the customers about delays with orders, and providing false information on the website to lure people into buying. Disgraceful!!!!
I have asked for a refund today and I have come to the conclusion that ‘shoddy service = shoddy product!!!!
Please do not order order from this company.
