"No replies to emails "
I wish I could give them a higher review but they have let me down. I bought a Pod 2.0 and after only 3-4 months it was already sagging - which is half the minimum period stipulated for requiring a refill, which at 45£ doesn’t come cheap for some magic beans.
I have emailed them about this - four times in all - and even with eye catching subject lines about my emails being ignored, and still no response. I got a generic response when I commented on their Facebook and yet still no response to my emails.
Now on top of this, the stitching looks like it’s starting to go.
This is besides the fact the delivery took longer than expected and I also struggled to get timely responses during the delivery phase.
For a company that charges pretty hefty prices for things I could get at much less in ikea, it’s not good enough, and I’m at a loss for what to do other than making my experience known on trust pilot.

"What an awful company"
What an awful company! I feel Iv been scammed out of my money! Ordered the pod bean bag a few weeks ago, no response to emails or watsapp! Disgusting, if you are thinking of purchasing from them my advise is definitely do not! Cheating B******s!!
Lowest of the low with no morals!

"Poor overall"
This whole experience with Remy Sleep has been a journey. I ordered the Remy Hugger pillow in January this year as a birthday present for myself. I came across the website on social media and would always research the company. The main things people griped about was the delivery time. I took a chance and ordered the Hugger and was informed delivery would take 7 days. I waited THREE months. Now because it was for myself I was able to exercise more patience than if it had been for someone else. Remy did give me updates every few weeks which was appreciated as I didn't want to have to keep chasing them. A few days before my Hugger arrived Remy emailed to say they would credit me with approx £25 to say thank you for being patient with them. This credit was actually to be used on more Remy products and it came with an expiry date. Once the expiry date was near Remy emailed to remind me so I went on their site again as my Hugger was starting to lose it's shape so I wanted to get more bead infills. Of course there would be a condition to the credit I wasn't aware of. The credit they gave me was actually only valid if you spent over a certain amount and my Hugger bead infills didn't reach that amount so the credit was useless to me so I let the credit expiry date lapse. Then came the inundation of desperation emails telling me they've extended my credit expiry date so in the end I had to unsubscribe. This is a London based company so I expected so much better than this. Remy definitely need to be more transparent with their delivery times. The whole experience has been extremely off putting and I doubt I'll order from them again.

"Product not delivered"
I ordered and paid for a product three weeks ago, the money has been taken from my account but I still haven't received the product. I've emailed the company for the third time today and I've not received a response.
I'm very disappointed as the product I bought previously was excellent as was the customer care, it was delivered in a timely way. I've recommended the company a lot since then but am no longer able to do so.

"Customer service non existent!!"
Customer service non existent. Ordered a foot stool to go with my pod. Footstool had a mark like a burn & the material was particularly thin there. Contacted Remy the moment I opened the parcel, I assumed I could just get a replacement cover but I've had nothing. I've tried emails, live chats & WhatsApp but still nothing. It's been over 4wks, appalling service. Definitely purchase at your own risk because their products aren't cheap & I couldn't see you getting your money back very easily ☹️

"Order placed and customer service have gone AWOL"
I placed an order on June 17th and am yet to receive an email with further updates on where my product is. I have emailed customer service 3 times and have sent a WhatsApp. No reply to anything to date.
I’ve ordered Remy products before and received them quickly and with no problems but this time seems to be totally unlike their previous service.
Will be writing to my credit card company to ask for a refund if I don’t hear back by mid week this week.

"Wish I had read the reviews on here…"
Wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering. Ordered online, item never arrived - although said it was despatched, and then didnt get anymore info. Been trying to contact them through various different methods and not a single reply. I'm so grateful I paid via Klarna, and reported the issue with them and managed to get a refund as Remy didn't contact Klarna either!!
DEFINITELY A SCAM!!

"Missing order and lack of customer service"
I placed an order on the 26.05.24 which I have still not received but payment has been taken.
I have tried to get in contact with Remy customer services 5 times now and have had zero response.
I have emailed their customer services multiple times, one noted as a complaint and still no response, I have used their online web chat but it said busy and to wait, I waited for over two hours with no answer, I gave an email and it said I would be contacted but still nothing
I am now out of packet with nothing to show for it and highly frustrated by the lack of response or customer service.

"Warning - read this before ordering from Remy!"
Warning! Remy’s returns and refund policies don’t work.
I ordered a large beanbag early April but didn’t like the item.
I returned the large beanbag via DPD to Remy’s warehouse at my expense as instructed.
The delivery was returned to me 7 days later as no-one accepted the return at the warehouse (Tebway of Nottingham).
Nicole at Remy said she would send DPD to collect the return from me. This took a while but was collected on the 20th May. A week later it came back again! Luckily I was home so I refused the delivery and it went back to Remy.
I was sure this time they would get the return and refund me. But guess what? The huge box came back to me again on 10th June!
This is the 4 th time the box has arrived here and now it’s so bashed in it can’t be used again
So is this outcome planned by Remy? They have my money, I can’t return the item cos I’m out of time now and I have the item so can’t complain to my credit card supplier.
All very suspicious and as other reviewers have said perhaps the Company are headed for receivership.
All a very stressful and costly experience for me. Thought they were in the business of helping customers avoid stress!
No wonder Dragon’s Den turned them away!

"Awful service and product"
Awful company, waiting since 28th April for refill beads for a terrible beanbag. Forget the hype, the beanbag is NOT how they present it you will have to spend nearly £40 to part refill and we are waiting for our second refill bag in less than two years. Customer service is appalling, despite emails they won't tell me when I can expect the delivery. Not even 1 star.
