AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY.

The bean bag product delivered however the stitching and zip broke within a week. Requested a refund and they refused and offered a mere £20 refund.

Despite numerous emails, chat messages and daily request for an update, they still have not sent the return label nor processed the refund.

Very disappointing. They might be going broke and avoiding processing refunds.

"Faulty item."

The product I received has become not fit for purpose after less than a month. I have reached out to them via every possible contact link but am being ignored. It’s been over 3 weeks now. Avoid at all costs.

My order was wrong. I’ve had no reply from emails and what’s app and Instagram msg. I’ve even msg abeer directly in his insta. I don’t want the wrong product. I want a refund. It’s driving me crazy to not receive any reply and they have no phone number that you can call them on

What a shambles of a company.. ordered pod footrest over 5 weeks ago! I have emailed several times but no response from remy. I am contacting trading standards as remy owe me 55 gbp for product which never arrived..

"Never received. Customer service poor…"

Almost 3 weeks ago I received an alert from the courier that they had receive my parcel and it was on its way. It has never arrived.
I emailed Remy to alert them of the issue. They were initially apologetic. They said they would consult their warehouse for an update and come back to me. I heard nothing so I emailed again asking for an update. They came back advising that the warehouse had not come back to them.
I therefore took it upon myself to contact the courier who upon checking their database confirmed that the package was received empty and that they advised Remy of this.
I went back Remy to inform them of this and have heard nothing. I have emailed 3 times this week. I have asked for my complaint to be investigated and to receive a refund. No response. I was really looking forward to receiving my hugger but have yet to experience it and now have no desire to have it given the customer advice. I keep receiving emails with a discount code for my next order which has irritated me even more.

"I’ve been waiting since December 22nd…"

I’ve been waiting since December 22nd for a refund for an unused product (weighted blanket). I initially ordered from this company because of their returns policy and a recommendation I had read online. I requested a refund after owning the product for 6 hours and realising it was unsuitable. It took 3 months and several complaints to even receive a refund label. Then after it had been returned, it took a month for the return to be acknowledged, and now (another month later) I am still awaiting a refund. I have complained numerous times, but it rarely gets a response. I’ve tried ringing, but it doesn’t connect, and I’ve now had to raise an issue through PayPal. My next step will be trading standards. I have never felt so let down by a company before and feel that I have been scammed and ‘taken in’ by them. I’m at my wits end with the stress of this and fully expect they will respond to this review with an empty promise to look into my case. Please do not trust them with your hard-earned money

"I have had two orders with Remy"

I have had two orders with Remy, the first one was for the Hugger pillow and there were delays, as someone who also had to deal with the fall out of the shipping delays at the beginning of the year in my day job I sympathised with the fact that there were delays there and there as relatively good communication there.
I don't think that it was clear what exactly the expected expectancy for the product was clearly communicated. I understand that a product of this nature would lose it's firmness with usage, however it had barely been six weeks before my pillow became a floppy mess which was considerably shorter than I was expecting. I contacted them and they very kindly offered to send me a refill for the product for free, however that was over a month ago and I have still not received that order nor have I had a response to the emails I sent regarding them checking where my order is and asking for a rough ETA.
I loved the idea of this product and I do think that it was good, but if it is going to require refilling every two months and they can't even send those refills or communicate the reason for any delays then it is just not cost effective to continue using the product or Remy, which is a shame.

I placed an order on the 25/4. No response to emails, chat, what's app, phone calls or mesaages on Instagram. I am very concerned I Will not receive my product (weighted blanket for child)

THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, STILL TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER 6 MONTHS!

-Placed an order for a weighted blanket for my son on 24/4/24
-Heard nothing from them & reported them to my bank as fraudulent in an effort to get my money back.
-Delivery turned up on 25/5/24.
-Product wasn’t what I ordered, return request submitted on same day.
-Return Request finally approved on 15/7/24.
-Return sent back & confirmed as delivered via tracking on 22/7/24.
-As of 8/10/24 & after numerous emails I have heard nothing more & am still waiting for my money back.

They have literally stolen my money.
DO NOT buy from this site nor believe any good reviews, they must be fake.
