"Item never arrived - company doesn't respond "

Ordered a weighted blanket for my son on 4th August 2024 but it never arrived. They managed to take my money though. Have contact the "service" twice with no reply. It was an expensive purchase. DO NOT order anything from these people or any company that has anything to do with them. I am going to dedicate some time to making sure others don't make the mistake of thinking this company has any good intentions. I very angry.

"No goods recieved. Do not buy from them."

My order has not arrived from June 30th. No responses to my last two emails asking for information. No response on FB, where many others have not recieved their goods.

"Avoid ordering - likely company has folded"

Hoping to further reduce the aggregate review score her. Seems the company has gone under. Shame they've chosen not to communicate this as my first order experience with them was really very good. This time around, no communication. For others stuck in a similar situation, raise an issue with the payment via your bank to try and get recompense.

Ordered a hugger pillow from them on 22nd June, still waiting for this to be delivered two months later. I have tried to contact them across all of their mediums eg WhatsApp, email , message and not a single acknowledgement or reply to my queries. Appalling customer service... I am Going to give them another couple of weeks but if no contact initiate a refund through my bank.

They were quick enough to take my money. They should shut their website down for orders if they have gone bust.

They either have gone bust or about to and collecting as much cash as possible.

Same experience as the other posts recently.
Not only has Remy failed to deliver the pod I purchased, but they have also shown a complete disregard for basic customer service. I would strongly advise anyone considering making a purchase here to think twice. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else where customer satisfaction is actually a priority.

"Company gone down the drain?"

It seems that this company has gone bust or something. I order something end of june, 2 days later got an email suggest delays in deliveries, then i chase 2 weeks later and absolutely no response. their customer chat seems dead too. But funnily enough the website is still up and they're still selling? Don't order from these guys until you see a good post july 2024 review. something is definitely amiss
