"My new Volt Pulse"

I researched carefully my requirements to replace my old electric bike, a Raleigh Motus Grand Tourer, which served me well. My local bike shop, Cycle Fixit, Hythe, has maintained my bikes for years and are agents for your bikes. I discussed replacement with Ross and happily decided to buy a Pulse. Your special offer was fantastic and I am really pleased with my new bike. I was kept informed of progress from order to delivery, it arrived much quicker than I expected, the build quality is excellent, everything works perfectly and I have the comfort of knowing that any spares for the future will be available. My local cycle mechanic Ross is very experienced with maintaining your products and that was a big factor when I made my final choice of bike. The extras in the pack were greatly appreciated. "Great customer service & Great E-Bikes! "

I picked up a 2nd-hand Volt bike a few years ago that was broken. But speaking with the sales representatives and the bike technicians, they helped not only restore this bike to full working order, but have helped give advice, have had friendly discussion of things to watch out for, and all without pressure to purchase the latest and greatest of their (genuinely impressive) e-bike lineup.
They respected that i wanted to do my part in looking after the planet & not generating waste. And they even helped give life to this discontinued model.

Finally, I want to shout out Kevin, who after a 5-mins phone call was able to painlessly sell me a replacement battery - all whilst offering me great customer service and helping me find what would work best for me.

I cannot promise that the products are cheap, but with their range of discounts (from the cycle to work scheme, their sales and others) this can certainly help.
However the cost is more than justified - with the amazing quality of the products and great customer service you will receive.

Very happy with this bike (and Volt team) and I hope to keep cycling with it for many more years!

"Smooth and pleasant cycling"

My purchase of a VOLT Metro went very smoothly with both VOLT and the Northern Ireland VOLT distributor making the purchase a pleasant and trouble free experience. Furthermore I am very satisfied with the performance of the bike - it feels like it is gliding along when I cycle. A very smooth experience. This is the 3rd e bike that I have purchased from VOLT.

"Very Disappointed"

very disappointed in my Volt Burlington. Its 2.5 years old and only done 1.5k miles. Already had to replace leaking break callipers and now the battery changer has stopped working. No help from volt, just its out of warranty, buy a new one...

Very impressed with Volt’s customer service .The person delivering the bike took time to go through the set up and important points about the particular model. I had a few queries after a week or so, which were dealt with efficiently and knowledgeably in a phonecall to customer services.
