"Great Bike, sales process 'clunky'"
Great Bike (Volt Kensington) which my wife loves. Positives are British design and build, easy 12 months finance (interest free) and good dealer service. Negatives were sales process took too long and I felt at times I was chasing Volt to purchase a £2K bike. When someone travels 20 miles for a test drive, make sure you speak to them ASAP! Classic British business - Sales process needs to be slicker and the Sales Director need to recruit a couple of people who can chase and close sales in the way American do so well.

We bought a Pulse for my wife, second hand but with only 2 miles of use. We were so impressed we bought an Infinity for myself. We use them regularly for commuting and workhorse type tasks, even got a trailer to go with them, replacing use of an internal combustion engine on many occasions. Great bikes!

I bought my Volt Burlington last October and 10 months on, and having ridden 500 miles or so, am really pleased; comfortable riding position, just the right level of electric assistance to cope with hills and I get peace of mind with the chain and incorporated rear wheel security bolt. Very pleased

I rang the company to discuss suitability and availability. They couldn't have been more helpful and guided me through the scheme and purchase. I arranged a test ride and my bike was delivered to my favourite store, cycle care in Wycombe, who professionally assembled and prepared the bike for me. Seamless process!!

Came from Surrey on the train. Arrived with a problem with motor/gears expecting to leave the bike.
Michael sorted the parts. Mechanic (Apologies didn't ask his name) dropped what he was doing and fitted in an hour. Including a new rear inner tube and checking the bike over.
Matilda bought me a coffee and we put the world to rights.
If every day we should make someone else's life better, the Volt team did it. :)
