My adult daughter is 5’1” and we were so excited to find a bicycle to fit her small size - and the gorgeous lavender color was a bonus! She loves her new beach cruiser and we have enjoyed many rides through the neighborhood together. Customer service has been great and assembly was a breeze. I highly recommend!

"Cool Bike!"

This is a great looking bike with a comfortable fit and ride. The styling is cool and casual, perfect for family rides on paved trails. I would highly recommend!

"Disappointing Experience"

We were very disappointed with our experience trying to buy the Frieda bike from A/O. The bike was pre-ordered on 07/28 with a ship date of 10/06. On 10/08 I had still received no update on my order so I reached out to the company and was told that my bike was now set to ship on 12/14. Why I had to ask for the information and an update wasn’t provided previously is a mystery. Strangely, if you go on the website and pre-order the same bike today, it has a ship date of 12/12, 2 days sooner! I spoke with 2 different people at A/O who couldn’t explain to me why a bike bought 3 months prior would ship out later than a bike purchased today. I was told I would get a call back from the order department and that never happened. The information provided is unreliable and I no longer feel comfortable doing business with this company. At least their order cancellation process was quick and seamless. I have ordered a bike from another company and it’ll be here Tuesday.

"Nike bike, terrible experience"

I wanted to love this company so much, but my experience was probably one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve had in awhile.

1) I called for 2 weeks with sizing questions as I’m very short. No answer!

2) it’s illegal to charge for an item months in advance (seriously look it up)

3) I received an email from another company saying my bike was now back ordered while on preorder. Despite receiving a shipping notification from Fed EX saying it was shipped , the day before. I contacted your company, they didn’t see that my bike was shipped and said they didn’t know what was going on.

4) Fed EX says my bike has been delivered (I was outside all day, no bike) I email your company, they STILL have no idea what’s going on. Two days later I see my bike at my door. While I understand that number 4 was a fed ex issue, your company should still have tracking on its items.

5) Seat to bar is uncomfortable (which was the few questions I wanted to ask when I called) this bike is the incorrect size for me and I’m 5 1- within your recommendation for the bike. So, now I have to use this bike as my only method to work until the Audrey is back in stock in November.

Through all of this, each time I emailed, I received a response from another company telling me they are so busy it will take 2 weeks to get a response.....

I HOPE this experience was due to all the covid restrictions at the time, and it goes well this time.

"FRIDA"

Ok my bike "FRIDA" is the cutest thing ever! I got is during quarantine and have get non stop compliments on it when I'm riding thru my neighborhood especially since I put a dog basket on the back end of my bike. Putting it together was a little confusing I had my brother do it while supervised of course. 10/10Would definitely recommend this bike

"The Ideal Bicycle"

I'd been searching for my ideal bike for months and nearly gave up when Covid hit. Finally I found the perfect bike that met ALL my requirements, even though I was unsure about putting it together myself.
Even with Covid, my bike arrived in under a week exactly as described. It might actually be more beautiful in person. I had no trouble at all putting it together and felt confident riding it immediately. When I couldn't find the serial number, the A/O team responded to my email nearly immediately.

I could not recommend this bicycle more. I love her so much! Thank you A/O!

"I love the Rosa bike I purchased"

I love the Rosa bike I purchased. It was easy to put together, looks beautiful, and has been great for riding in my hilly neighborhood. I did an easy 10 mile ride the other day and it was very comfortable. I haven’t ridden a bicycle in over a decade but this bike makes me want to keep going.
My sister is patiently waiting for her order to be fulfilled so she can join me for rides.

"Waiting to receive my bike!"

I’m still waiting my new bike which will be delivered in December. I hope it comes sooner...

"I had been looking for a white bike…"

I had been looking for a white bike with brown leather accents for a while, when I found the A/O Maya. It is everything I wanted in style and features! I ordered on May 27, and due to the high demand at that time, it was scheduled to arrive in mid- August. But, it came at the end of June! The customer service regarding shipping and arrival dates was thorough and timely.
It is great to support an American made product.
Note: the color is not a stark white, but slightly off-white if you're matching accessories. I keep checking the company's website for baskets and helmets, as it seems they are adding to their inventory. This was a great purchase and I have had MANY compliments!

"I love my new Serena bike"

I love my new Serena bike! I haden't ridden a bike in about 20 years, but I wanted to try it again because I used to love it. My 20 year old bike was a dissaster, so I looked online for one I liked. I fell in love with the Serena when I first saw it. It arrived sooner than expected, and I was able to put it together myself because of the excellent instructions. Now I am enjoying riding every day - just like I did as a teenager - LOL! This is an excellent, high quality bike and I am super happy with it!
