I ordered from this company and because of COVID the bike was delayed for two months. I sent an email today (I had to reach out) and it’s another two months. So Summer will be over before I get to ride the bike with my one year old. I’m pregnant with a second baby and it was crucial to ride now because I won’t be able to later.

I'm obsessed with my Jackie bike. I'm 5'5" and I ride my bike through my neighborhood with my family, to do light errands and it is perfect. Easy on/off and I have gotten compliments on it and its gorgeous color, too.

I had a terrible time getting the front v brakes right. Other than that, the assembly was fine. I wish I could have gotten a different color than green. It fits my needs perfectly though. I am excited to go on a few adventures with it.

"I recognize there are shortages… but 3 months to get a bike?"
I recognize there are shortages happening right now but when I placed an order it stated the bike was a pre-order with ship date of June 24th. Now I’m being told that it won’t ship until August 17th. I ordered the bike in May. Just a little disappointed that I was told one date and now may not get the bike for another 2 months. I was really hoping to have my bike for the summer :(

"poor inventory management and response time"
I'm honestly not sure if two stars is fair at this point given I have not received the bike yet. It was ordered mid-may (it's now mid-june) and I never received a date for shipment or that it would be delayed YET my credit card was charged immediately. When I did reach out, my email was responded to from a different company who seems to have the same bikes, but at cheaper prices. I'm wondering if I got scammed?

The customer service is AWFUL. You would think when you're spending a couple hundred dollars on a bike that someone would be willing to assist. I have still not heard back anything regarding the shipment of my bike. If I didn't want a bike so bad, i'd honestly just cancel my order and get my money back.
