"Love my bike!!"

I had a awesome experience with my bike! I LOVE the look of it. I am only 5’ and my biggest concern was finding a bike with a low enough seat so that I can touch the ground when I need to drop my feet and this bike is the perfect size. I highly recommend A/O women’s bikes!! I got the Audrey bike.

The online bicycle quiz was accurate in selecting bike options for me and my preferences. It arrived much sooner than anticipated, assembly was simple, instructions were clear. I had one mishap (operator error) with assembly and their support team was able to tell me how to fix it with just a photograph. Great experience.

Good quality bike and easy to assemble. Fenders can be a little flimsy. Caution on that because if bent at all the will rub tire. But overall great bike for the money

This is a great bike, perfect for riding in the city and on bike trails. It’s a very substantial bike, but also lightweight, so it’s easy to put up on a rack after a ride. The quality is very good, and the color is lovely; my bike shop commented on how unusual it is! The shipping was fast and the packaging solid. I highly recommend this bike!

The company canceled my order because of Covid-19, I ordered another one and I’m currently waiting almost three months for my order. I gave it three stars because I believe the company is a great company and just didn’t have the juice to Keep up with the demand. It’s just happened to be a disappointment to me since I won’t receive the bike until the end of the summer. Which defeats the purpose.
