I’ll be totally honest, we were a bit wary of buying our new Range Rover from Jagland given the varied and mixed reviews, but I can’t honestly say they have sold us a beautiful car, service fantastic and they sorted the service light issue out we had after collecting the car pretty smoothly and quickly. This has to be the worst car company to deal with there was something wrong with the van it went back come back to me even worse battled with financial people to get it taken back finally agreed then got told to take trust pilot down before money was given back to me stay well clear 9 months of hell I will be talking about the finance company to who I have reported to odbudsmen for there conduct in all this

Disappointed thumbs down.
I Visited today and drove 90mins from my home to view a used vehicle.
After my due diligence and reading the description I thought it was worth the trip, I even messaged them to say i was calling today to view the car.
However, the vehicle was not as described, with a damaged rear window of the convertible hood and what was definitely a head gasket issue (these were not mentioned in description) and didn’t managed expectations of a new customer.
OK, (I hear you say it’s a used vehicle 10+ years old), but very disappointed with my experience and felt all the sales manager wanted to do was to encourage me to place a £99 deposit on the car for them to then get the rear window fixed and snubbed the head gasket issue as condensation. Rubbish.
Why not just be honest from the offset and not disappoint customers !
Not only was I left waiting initially at their reception desk for 15mins with nobody in sight, after I stuck my head around their corridor and shouted hello did I then get told to wait further.
So, 3hour round trip wasted for what should’ve been an accurate description and a great customer experience.
A real shame. . .

Hollie from sales has helped me all the way by organising the best finance options for me and dealing with the after care organising the warranty cover for my new evoque...would definitely recommend Jagland for future sales in buying another range rover..first class service
