I purchased a car from Jagland's internet showroom, and the entire experience was seamless. They provided thorough explanations and sent videos of the car. We agreed that the vehicle would come with a 12-month MOT and that a light would be fixed. However, to ensure timely delivery, the car left the garage without the MOT.

The garage instructed me to take the car to my local Mitsubishi garage, assuring me that they would cover the MOT costs. Unfortunately, I had to wait four weeks before I could book my car for the MOT.

True to their word, Jagland promptly paid the £600 bill as soon as I requested it. I would not hesitate to use this company again. I want to take a moment to highlight Hollie from the after-sales team—she was absolutely first class and incredibly reassuring throughout the process.

In today's world, it's easy to feel like customer service is a thing of the past. Every company needs someone like Hollie on their team. She was truly wonderful!

My son will be getting his first car in a few months, and I will definitely be returning to Jagland and Hollie. Well done, Jagland and Hollie! You are a breath of fresh air in the automotive industry.

Waited a while to write my review just to make sure my car was alright. Bought my 68 plate Range Rover from this company at the beginning of January and the car is everything I wanted! Low miles and no issues. I was stood around waiting for a couple of hours for somebody to assist us but I must say I was very glad I waited. Great prices and very helpful staff who will do their best to answer your questions. I would definitely use this company again.

I must admit I was concerned reading some of the negative reviews, my experience was excellent.
I received a friendly welcome, kept informed on what was happening(it was very busy).
Zack was very professional in his approach, gave me time to sort insurance changes etc.no pressure put on me at all.
I'm very happy with the car and would recommend Jagland Empire.

Vw caddy nightmare bought my van got it delivered next day noticed the plastic engine cover was missing should have rung alarm bells then within 48 hours it wasnt working broke down with diesel spewing out where the injectors were not put in correct warranty repair , gets iit home and 4 days later no 1 injector stops working since then no 2 failed now the warrantyfirst warranty wont cover my bill of £1100 because theyve already two on saying that hollie was really helpful even though she texts me at 02.20 am lol one good thing credit to her company and the 4 stars are for hollie and how she handled things …………we update have now replaced 3 and 4 injectors as recommended by VW as when one goes they all go

Don't buy a car from here once you buy the car no one will speak to you I have call 20 times the car has been hit on the passenger door I bought it at night and it is black so didn't see it but was told it hadn't been in any accidents and took their word for it. The very next day 4 lights came on , one saying warning chassis fault I was told to take it to a garage on the warranty. I don't think you should be having trouble after one day it was clearly faulty when I bought it still no one has called me back and I have now had the car 2 weeks don't trust them just because it looks like a large dealer. I had lots of calls when I wanted to buy the car but not one return call after buying it I was told i viewed the car so its on me by message and that that's what the warranty is for and to take it to a garage again by message.
