Had a really nice guy take us round the car we went to view, first interaction was really well. Put down a small deposit of £100 to hold the car till monday (4 days later). We decided after going through reviews and feeling unsure as we were going to be spending £30k on a car that we’d leave it and take back our deposit, bare in mind we contacted them less than 15 hours after the initial deposit. I politely text him asking for a refund (he did say it was fully refundable if we were not to like the car). I received a text back with a tone and an attitude saying
“What is the reason for unwinding the deal ? As we have lost potential customer who wanted to buy this morning”.
We were dealt unprofessionally in my eyes and i text back and i’ve had no response since and tried getting in touch again: no response.
Avoid these guys as there is something going on there that’s dodgy.

"I bought a 2018 Astra 1.6 cdti Ecotec tourer". The car is an ex lease car from new, so all the servicing is correct as I checked with Lex Auto and 2 months on from sale it feels tight and in great order. At £4790 on 100,000 I think I got a steal and I am very happy with it.
The "Warranty first" one year mechanical warranty that came with the car is legitimate and gives me piece of mind, and includes breakdown and courtesy car cover if there is an issue in year one.
I think with these guys the higher the value of the car the faster your after sale service will move but generally they are trying to supply a good deal to customers at the best price.
What I will say about my whole experience though is if you feel something in the deal is not correct then stand your ground and be persistent as like I say the after sale service, in my experience is slow...but they did eventually rectify my problem after 5 weeks from purchase. Nothing mechanical.
Generally speaking, I am pleased I bought my car from Jagland and I would use them again.
