Really poor service. Their validation software couldnt even validate my Driving licence or Passport. Refused to give a full refund. Absolute cowboys.

I have had to use courier services across London both personally and professionally. For the last 3 years, this has been my store of choice.

You simply don't get this level of service elsewhere. I have entrusted Omar and his team with packages domestically and internationally, safe in the knowledge that not only will the package get there. Any delays (which have happened twice in 3 years) have been dealt with incredibly swiftly and professionally, with one of the team dealing with it personally.

Simply put, this tremendous and friendly outfit gives me incredible peace of mind when sending anything anywhere.

i have used several MBE'S over last few years, using them to pick up, pack and deliver. have to say Banbury was probably the best, all good, but Banbury just stood out. Nadia was very helpful, got back to me with a very good quote with fantastic communication.

Had an absolutely amazing experience with Deniece and Giuseppe. They both handled my expensive China that I needed to be sent to a relative far away from me.
