The US embassy gave me a tracking number for my passport and I'm not able to track the passport on the MBE website. Tried online chat and they literally did nothing. Tried calling the Holborn branch 10 times and no answer. Filled in an online form, no answer. This is disgusting, this is people's passports you're dealing with, you should be 100% available to discuss any issues that may occur. I'm at a loss for what to do, as the US embassy told me to direct MBE directly but no one has helped thus far. Avoid this company at all costs, the amount of stress this is causing me is disgraceful.
