How this company can be trusted with such important documents is beyond me!
Let's start at the beginning.. visited the American embassy in London as needed a visa to work over the summer months. Chose for the passport to be shipped back to Manchester, as offered by this company on their website. No contact with tracking number or information from this company. After 2 weeks rang the Manchester depot, only to be informed that service was no longer offered (it was 2 weeks prior!!!,) cue panic as to where the passport was. Numerous calls later to the American embassy, Preston office of MBE only to encounter the rudest man ever, (how he is a pubic facing role is beyond me), but seems to sum this company up, and numerous phones calls and emails to the Holborn branch, which were never answered and emails to the head office, 2 tracking numbers for different boxes was finally received for London.
A nerve wracking week before I could take a day off to get to London, nessitating a train ticket of £130. We found the shop, and joined the queue of other disgruntled people
All there for the same reason.
Once inside disorganised chaos is how it can only be described. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Sensitive information was being written on post it notes and handed around the shop, the guy on the desk had no idea what he was doing and if I could offer him some advice, a belt would prevent us all from seeing his bottom, something the long queue really didn't need to see.
Eventually, there was a glimmer of hope as someone who was competent arrived, and the mislaid passport was found.

Constructive feedback/ ideas
if you say you offer a service, then do so.
Uniforms may be a good idea to prevent unsightly bottoms being seen.

Would I use the company again if needed, absolutely not.
