I needed to get an important document to my son quickly as he had been travelling the world and required hard copy paperwork to enable him to start a job in Canada. I had to coordinate with his arrival into New York. Having never used a courier service before I went to Mail Boxes ETC in Chichester early on Monday morning. Judy helped me through the process (in fact did everything for me!) and the letter arrived in NYC the following afternoon! I also sent some personal bits to his Canada address and they arrived within 4 days! I had a couple of questions waiting for timing updates and Judy was in touch promptly and extremely reassuring. I can’t recommend MBE highly enough and am very grateful to Judy and the team.

They have lost my passport with my Visa in it. It was sent by the US Embassy in March and is now lost. They don't know where it is, they are making no effort to find it, they don't have a tracking number, and they won't tell me what is going on. My whole life is hanging on this passport with visa inside it and they just don't care.

UPDATE: Your response is a lie because we emailed that address and got no response. You purposely lost the passport. You should not be trusted with any documents.

"Visa/passport"

Like many before me, no answer on the phone to speak to anyone, its been over a week since my passport was sent to Holborn (12 hour round trip from my address) instead of Manchester. Had email from Naz saying the same thing SORRY, only the embassy can redirect however the embassy understand that I cannot make the long, costly and stressful trip and said a third party can pick up or redirect with my authorisation. I would like to speak to a real person, not in chat as the lady doesn't and cannot answer my questions. If I can authorise a third party the I would like to authorise the owner of MBE Holborn Mr Shahram Bashiri to assist in my dilemma, I can give my details if I could find out where to send them to, photocopies of driving licence and a authorisation letter is acceptable. I have posted reviews on two sites now as after the first email of apologies there is no other contact or replies. The word apology seems to be the answer to Holborn but a apology doesn't solve anything and is very frustrating when there is a solution. Would someone please speak to me and why is there still no one answering phone calls after all this time.

I sent my passport via the mbeuk0024 Macclesfield branch for my visa at the embassy. They delivered it to the Holborn mbe office as we have tracking information of this. My passport has not been received at the embassy which means it’s still at Holborn and when try to speak to anyone the office rings out and I have emailed 4 times with no response. They have had my passport now for 13 days and I’m due to go on holiday and still need my visa. This company is awful considering they are dealing with important documents. The email they provide they do not reply to me on.
