"Shoddy at best "

Call this a professional packaging service. They can’t and don’t parcel the goods properly extremely amateur wrapping by a 4 year old and then the item arrived completely smashed and they wonder why. The customer service is no better than the 4 year old who must package and deal with the customer service deptartment. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY IF YOU REQUIRE YOUR ITEMS TO ARRIVE IN ONE PIECE. THEY CAN NOT EVEN BE BOTHERED TO PUT A CLAIM IN WITH PARCEL FORCE AS THEY KNOW IT IS THEIR PACKAGING AT FAULT.
