I would never use this company or recommend them if I had known how bad they are. Their communication is non existent. I dropped off my passport and USA visa application renewal. I’ve called countless times but it disconnects after a few rings. Also sent e mails but no reply. I regret using them so much. Still awaiting for an update on my application. After 6 days, I’ve found out that they haven’t sent it to the US embassy for processing (I called the embassy myself and they told me this).
EDIT- I have e mailed and both times received the same automatic reply. Do not use this company. They will cause so much stress.

I travelled three hours down to London to collect my passport as it is the only location you can pick up from, despite there being a location 30 mins away from home, only to find out—upon arrival—that the facility doesn’t release passports on Saturdays. There was no mention of this restriction anywhere on the website, no email notification, absolutely nothing. Just a sign on the door. Completely unacceptable for something as important as a passport collection.
To make matters worse, the staff on site, particularly someone named Mark, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Instead of offering any assistance by calling his manager or even an explanation, he immediately got defensive, refused to answer our questions, and bluntly told us to “come back Monday.” No apology, no empathy, no solution, nothing. His attitude was downright hostile. There was a further 8-10 people there all trying to do the same.
Eventually after a hour and half back and forth, a lady showed up who I believe was management, who claimed she was having a day off after working 20 days in a row (after defending her saying that was illegal and she should complain to higher ups, she later told me she lied to me, so no trust really). Fair enough mark wasn’t trained to do this role, but this wasn’t explained to us until a lady showed up. It was Marks attitude that was the issue.
I have heard many complaints about this company from many people. Mailboxes needs to do a lot better now they are handing peoples passports, important documents that are people’s whole lives, starting with communication, proper online information, and training their staff in BASIC customer service. Make more collection points accessible and provide information clearly on all platforms to prevent this from happening again. Peak visa season and no organisation from the company or proper procedures put in place before taking on the contact. Shameful.
