Email said could be tracked after 1 day. Then no other tracking details given and code given was incorrect. Tried to contact both mail boxes and embassy and no help or info.
When arrived at PO Box passport was already back in. Poor communication no updates.

"Lost my passport"
This company is now being used by the US embassy as their new courier. I had an email from the embassy on 17th March (9 days ago) saying they’ve given my passport to MBE on this date and I would hear from them in 1-2 business days. I’ve still not heard anything and the tracking number I’ve been given does not work on their website. The online chat person gave me the Holborn store email and phone no. I can’t get through on the phone at all, and no one has replied to my email. I work as cabin crew and I need my passport for work. I am worried I will lose my job if I don’t receive my passport in the next few days. I’m at a loss at what to do as I don’t live near London. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is non existent. This is causing me a great deal of stress.

Terrible service. I've been waiting for my items since December. They take a long time to respond, and I still don't have a clear answer as to when they'll send my items. They're not trustworthy!

Mailboxes Cambridge were fantastic. Great communication and delivered as promised. Particular attention was taken to packaging a fragile item - really impressed. Big shout out to Raf and Luke. Highly recommended.

"Swindon branch incompetence"
I bought some jewellery at auction which cost £173 and was told that it could only be sent by the Swindon branch of this company. I paid £69 for their priority service and the package was delivered unsigned to the wrong house and I do not have it. The company are unwilling to take any responsibilty and are trying to blame the carrier they chose who are apparently looking into it. In the meantime, I am £243 out of pocket and have not got any confidence I will either receive the package or my money back. I will be writing to the auction house recommending they no longer use this company.
