"Passport delivery"

My passport was held up by the Embassy and was really in a panic about getting back to the US after it got lost. After the Embassy raised my case I went to Holborn and the team there were SO helpful. Bryony remained in contact with me and she went to check through the piles of passports to locate mine and enabled me to get on a plane to return to the US for an emergency. She was SO helpful and in direct contact with me - all the team also seemed really efficient. THANK YOU!

We are desperately trying to find my passport, no tracking nothing. Turns out it was the US embassy that told us it had gone to mailbox but it hadn’t, it took so many calls, they had it all along. This was not MBEs fault so I have revised this review.

Trying unsuccessfully to speak to someone at Holborn. I have a tracking, or application number XXXXXXXX-passport Number- box??

I am in Belfast and requested the visa/passport sent to my home address, however despite many many phone calls and endless emails I am getting no response from Holborn, I fly next Fri 11 April to Miami and onto my honeymoon cruise, but as yet my documents are being held somewhere. Question, can my husband collect these documents or do I have to go in person as they are in my name……please someone reply

I'd like to thank MBE in Chichester for their efforts. I bought a couple of items at a local auction, but unfortunately the auction house released the wrong item to MBE and didn't check the lot number. It took a couple of goes to get the right item sent to me, but the staff are really very good. The auction house which shall remain nameless isn't.
